Comment: This Ninja Express sushi place is the best in Middletown. Friendly, professional service and cozy,cool atmosphere that we loved very much. The guys there are very cool. The most important, food was delicious, specially the sushi rolls. Menu offered rich choice with combinations of flavors that we picked from and we were absolutely blown away by the fusion of the taste of the rolls. We will definitely order here on regular. Will recommend this place any time of the day.

Comment: My daughter always wanted me to try sushi and I just couldnt find myself trying it but my trip in Mexico I tried it at a resort and I have to say the sushi was amazing. Every since then I fell in love so I decided to try out where my daughter gets hers from and I have to say this workers really helped me to pick out something that I will like and I have to say it was really good. I had Avocado rolls and Shrimp rolls it was really good and they make them fresh. I defently like that. I will recommend this place

Comment: Lets start by saying that the people working here are Definitely friendly they greet you when you come in and dont make it awkward. When one of the shefs came out to get a drink he made it noticeable that he knew I was there as a customer smiled and said hello. As I waited for my order the man that took my order also went to the fridge and got him self a drink but offered me one at no charge. Going back to when I was ordering. I asked a few questions before I ordered and the man was specific and combined my order so I dont just have a bunch of different sides.All the food I ordered was done as I asked not a bit difrent not over or under cooked I havent had that in a wile.And it seemed to be very fresh.I would definitely recommend this place with out a doubt

Comment: Small establishment with about 3 tables. This place is pretty much a take out spot. I love Bang Bang Shrimp, but didnt care for their variation; it was breaded seasoning. The Steak, and Lobster Hibachi is always a go to choice wherever I go. Reasonable prices for take out.

Comment: Wow. THAT was unexpected ‼ This little place is just delightful. Very clean, nothing extraordinary about the inside but the energy. Excellent energy. They had really cool music playing in the background (Pink!), All of the folks that work there were of Asian descent and for me thats a big deal because I lived in Japan so it tells me that the foods authentic, everything smelled so good. The young girl that took my order was a pleasure. I am on vacation this week so I went a little bit overboard for myself. I ordered the bang bang shrimp, the hibachi chicken and steak combination which came with rice and veggies, and a side other (California roll). I think it was $26. But the amount of food that you get in the hibachi box is off the chart. Imagine if youre going into a hibachi restaurant... They seat you down, they do all the fancy schmancy stuff and then you get served your food from the chef little by little. Well I can tell you the place in Middletown called Fuji in the mall is awful and Ive never been back. But this place? Even though I didnt get all the chef hibachi drama prep, they were able to recreate the same exact meal in a to-go container. Oh my God. The steak? That is the absolute best steak I have ever had in a hibachi restaurant And Ive been to several of them all over the world. I ordered it medium rare and it came exactly like that. Perfectly seasoned, extremely tender. Not oversalted and not drenched in disgusting salty greasy sauce. It was true hibachi steak. The chicken was very good too- pretty much your staple hibachi chicken. Vegetables? Very very good. They probably could have given you slightly larger order of vegetables. But who am I to complain? The fried rice - Good Lord I died and went to heaven. I do not like greasy food at all. I dont like fried food very much and Im not much on sweets. But I like traditional hibachi. The rice here has a slightly greasy component but the flavor is unreal. They offer a huge sampling of it. You probably walk out of there with three meals in your hibachi box. Maybe four for me since I eat a lot less than the average person. The bang bang shrimp? for just under five bucks you get an idea of how good it is. I thought it was great; the flavors were just really nice. Just a hint of heat. People complain that its overpriced but I dont agree. Its the perfect size appetizer. I do not have any info yet for you on the California rolls. They give you eight slices for five bucks I think. Overall Im very pleased with my lunch which is also now going to be my dinner and my snack later. Great experience.

Comment: Went there today with my friend. The food was yummy and fresh. Also, the staff was very attentive, constantly checking to see if we needed anything, even offering us extra sauces! I definitely recommend the hibachi steak and chicken combo with fried rice. Ill definitely be back!

Hibachi restaurants are getting played out and expensive, I havent been to one in a while that I had a great experience at. 3 Ninjas allows me to skip the expensive food and dry experience at other hibachi restaurants. Their food is so good and affordable, now I wouldnt really eat in the restaurant as there is not much seating bit its perfect to grab the food and enjoy hibachi from the comfort of your own home. Their sushi and appetizers are tasty too and you cant beat their lunch specials you get a protein, rice, veggies, spring roll and a California roll for about $10 to 15 depending on the protein. Staff is also always very pleasant and helpful.
