Comment: I take my hat off and thank you for being my dinner throughout the pandemic. Take out sushi isn’t supposed to be this good. They blow it out of the park on affordable sushi in New York. I dare say I prefer their very cute delivery old man than all the fancy spots I’ve been to. I was staring at this photo and thought i should give credit where it is due. Comment: Aji is my favorite sushi place in all of NYC. The service is extremely kind, attentive and generous. Love the atmosphere - it feels relaxing in here. The menu is vast and everything is excellent. The specialty rolls are awesome (Spicy Girl and Mango Hawaii are a couple of my go-tos), the udon noodle soup hits the spot on a cold day. We always share edamame (no salt) and steamed shumai too. And we dont often get dessert, but every time that we did, it was clear a lot of care went into that, too. Considering the quality of everything and size of the portions, the prices here are excellent - you wont leave hungry. Just happy.

Comment: The food is very good and fresh, the place is a little small but cozy. They have a wide variety of Asian foods. In my case I ordered a lunch box that contains several things to eat. If you dont know how to eat with chopsticks, they offer you a cutlery (in that place I learned to eat rice with chopsticks). Its worth going in my opinion.

Comment: I cannot think of a better place to have such a fine meal. From the very beginning the waiters are welcoming and attentive, specially Shein (the best waiter youll possibly have.) The food is quite exquisite and memorable, specially the specials. The Japanese beer and soda is something you just have to try there along with the sushi. If it is your first visit I suggest you have my usual: edemame, Sapporo beer, some delicious burn-rice tea (which is poured indefinitely through your meal,) a tiger roll, which I consider to be the very best, and some fried Green tea icecream to finish your culinary experience. If you love good food, stop whatever it is you are doing and for the love of God go and try it.
