The sushi and sashimi are always super fresh, the garden salad with raisins and ginger dressing is delicious, the steamed dumplings are wonderful. And the hot Asian fusion dishes are also terrific. Unusually friendly and attentive service makes Amber a total delight to visit, again and again!

Comment: I came across this spot on one of my photo walks.This was one of my favorite sushi spots. I forget the guys name but he was great. From the walk in, yo the service, to the small convos.He was warm, inviting, and made me feel welcomed.As for the food. The food was excellent from their seaweed salad and scallion pancakes. To the sushi rolls. If I could curse on here, I would lol.Definitely coming back to this spot.

Very fresh sushi served with a delicious miso soup and ginger salad. Very fairly priced for 3 rolls at 14.95...I will definitely be back soon

The salmon sashimi was better than at much more expensive places such as Nobu etc - it melted in your mouth. We also loved the creative variations of popular dishes. Comment: Went for brunch after an event on a Sunday and the deal was appraiser meal with drink $ 17 to $ 20 mice deal. Sushi very fresh and large pieces over lightly seasoned rice. Wasabi too mild for my taste. Clean atmosphere modern but a could have been more brightly lite but it was a very cloudy day so no natural light though windows. Would definatly revisit if I were in the neighbourhood.

The staff there are kind and awesome, and the dessert is yummy. I recommend trying the Salmon Lover Fans sashimi platter. It was so delicious. Highly recommend going here!

Comment: I havent been to Amber in a while, and I must say I like the new look. It makes it a lot more spacious, with an airy vibe and open spaces. It makes it look more inviting, although I must admit the bamboo that split the space was super cute and I wish it was still there. That being said, the menu is still the same, the staff is still as friendly as ever and the sushi station is still present. The food tastes great, the shumai is super fresh and I love their pineapple fried rice. Their sizzling hot plates are also really good. They have great service so I will be back again soon.

I love a sushi environment thats contemporarily adorned but comfortable, with real candles and TVs for catching a game—or in the case of last night, the NBA draft. When the weathers nice, the space opens in many ways to become delightfully airy.The sushi and service are as alluring as the atmosphere, with reasonable prices for an all-around excellent value. My only complaint is that a side of steamed veggies requires a full entree.
