Comment: Gluten and soy-free diner here! Last night my dearest Rebecca and I tried tried some fried rice. She ordered the chicken fried rice and I the pineapple fried rice, and to each we added some fresh avocado. Both dishes were exceptional! My pineapple fried rice, however, was served in a 1/2 pineapple, which had been carved out; diced and then mixed. A 6th star for originality and presentation. We will be back, sooner rather than later!! Thank you.

Comment: A nice little cozy place with very high quality dishes and utensils. Sleek and modern with great poke bowls, sushi, Japanese crepes and rolled ice cream. And if you never had any before, they have boba tea that is absolutely delicious. Assortment of flavors for you to mix and match with the tea and the boba. At affordable price, this place is definitely a must to visit when you go to Fredonia.

Comment: Ive been to Artic Bites numerous times, and each time it has been excellent. This is one of the most unique and fun restaurants in town.Steak, Lobster & Tuna -- go order the steak and lobster; you will not regret it. Theres a reason surf and turf is popular combination, and Arctic Bites does it very well. Their strip steak was very good, as was the lobster tail which came out pre-cooked and divided, served in the tail, with a bit of sweet sauce on it (really awesome.) Cooking on the stones is a really cool experience too, and Sam Wong, the very friendly owner comes around and shows you how to do it, just in case youre not sure. The stones are super hot and get a really nice seer on the steak, and they stay hot for a really long time. The tuna is the sushi grade slabs (essentially sashimi.) Next time I think Im going to ask for a little bit of sesame oil to dip them in before I seer them, and maybe get some wasabi as well. They were excellent too. My buddy had the shrimp and said they were great.Of note, I didnt get the impression that anything was marinated, and only the lobster came with sauce on it. This means that people with specific allergies should be able to eat here without much issue. The owner and waitress are very friendly and interactive, so theyll definitely help you figure out whatever you need.The poke bowls are fantastic too - I love choosing my own adventure with the custom selection menu. The orders do take a little while to make (its a lot of ingredients to combine) so either plan on waiting about 10 to 15 minutes or order ahead of time, online. Make sure if youre placing a big order that you give them plenty of lead time - calling to let them know when you want to pick up your orders helps them out too. I recommending experimenting with all the unique menu items - youll be surprised by some of the amazing flavors you may not have experienced together before.As you probably suspect, the sushi is also excellent, as are the ramen bowls. I havent personally had either, but Ive heard enough people I trust give that opinion that I can confidently say its accurate.Try the Taro with Boba. Its like youre drinking the milk leftover from a bowl of cereal with little tapioca pearls at the bottom that give you sweet flavor and texture bursts. Warning - youre gonna drink it way faster than you expected. The Boba just kinda get addictive, and the combination is fantastic. If you havent had this before and think it sounds weird, try it anyway - theres a reason its super popular and trendy (its delicious.)The ice cream is really neat too. The flavors are really cool, and they can make it basically in any flavor, because what theyre doing is scooping together the ice cream with a liquid (or whatever flavors it like strawberries or macha) and mixing it together on the cold stone. Sam mentioned he could do coffee and I really want to try that one. Anyway, the whole concept is very different. The portion is smaller because its more of a delicate, texture thing. The ice cream is much colder than normal, which allows them to roll it into these straw-like things. You eat it slowly with a small spoon and enjoy the flavors more than you would with a huge cone if Perrys or something. Think of a gelato type of experience. The pre-set combinations are awesome, but so too is choosing your own adventure.I havent gotten to try the creps yet, but Im really excited to do so. Theres also some pudding type things Im looking for to trying out soon too.I strongly recommend giving Arctic Bites a try as soon as possible.PS: Their liquor license isnt in yet, and until it is, they let you BYOB / wine / etc

Comment: I am here having a quick lunch with my son. It is nice to see an ethnic eatery in Fredonia. We ordered bubble tea, pork ramen and sushi sashimi lunch. Everything were very good and staff is friendly. We will definitely return.

Comment: The ice cream & crepes are outstanding! My favorite is bananas, strawberries, nutella, caramel, whipped cream and chocolate ice cream!!! Ive also had their chicken ramen soup which is great. Large portions. My daughter loves their sushi. Very reasonably priced. Clean and nicely decorated

Comment: My mother and I went here the week they opened the room for ramen/poke/sushi in late March 2019. The man waiting on us had an incredible passion for what they are doing! Unfortunately he was so excited, he forgot to put in my order so that mom was done way before mine arrived. The food is amazingly fresh and of superior quality. Be aware, Japanese love fatty pork, the chewier and fattier, the better. Mom had the pork ramen and liked it, except for the pork belly. I had the spicy ginger chicken signature bowl. It was good, but the spiciness really had an a cumulative effect so my mouth was burning by the time I was done. This restaurant space has a gorgeous design, too!
