Comment: My favorite place in town, were here nearly every week. Everything on the menu is delicious, you cant go wrong. My only problem here is I always order too much food because I want it all!Current favorites are the chicken wings, the pork buns, and the pork gyoza.Great selection of cocktails and sake too!

Comment: For an appetizer we had the crispy chicken bun and the pork bun. Both were amazing! For dinner we had the Bakuto Pork Ramen and the Spicy Beef Noodles. The Ramen was an experience in itself. So many flavors, so many textures…and the broth!!! Overall, it was absolutely delicious! The Spicy Beef Noodles were on a whole other level of deliciousness! It was sweet, it was spicy, the noodles were cooked perfect. The beef melted in our mouths! We asked who the chef was so we could personally let him know how he flat out hit a home run with our meals! Definitely go there!! You won’t be sorry!!

Comment: Sooo glad we randomly found this spot while in the neighborhood - love the vibe and the service was great! This is by far one of the best ramen places we’ve been to on the island. We had the crispy chicken buns, chicken wings and the pork belly ramen - they were all FANTASTIC. What I loved about this ramen is it wasn’t stuffed with fillings like other places. All the flavor and umami came from the broth and I can’t believe how much I enjoyed the pickled mushrooms, too. The noodles were just perfect. Also, we really enjoyed the fresh ginger ale and lychee limeade - only wish they had a bigger serving of them. We don’t even live near this place, but I know we’ll make the hour drive again someday soon!

Comment: An amazing dining experience in the Heart of Lindenhurst. A diverse menu and an amazing collection of cocktails and local beers, as well as an unbeatable Happy Hour. My personal favorites are the Wings and Shrimp Burger, but I honestly have not had a bad item from the menu. A welcome addition, and a place that I frequent (and will be for quite some time).

Comment: Wow, this place is incredible. If you’re reading this, you MUST get the crispy chicken boa buns. Every time I go, I usually get the roast pork belly rice bowl, which is excellent. Sometimes they have specials, and every time I’ve tried one it’s been so tasty. The service is great and the ambiance is awesome. This place is a true gem.

Comment: Bakuto in LindenhurstStaying closer to home this week & finally trying out the Japanese Izakaya restaurant Bakuto! For our first visit, we decided to try something from both the brunch & lunch menu. We were not disappointed.Japanese Jiggly PancakesThe stack of three fluffy pancakes comes topped with whipped butter & a side of miso maple syrup. The pancake came warm, with butter melting down the sides. They were thick, soft on the inside with a slight crunch to the outside. Each bite almost melts in your mouth. The miso maple syrup is light & sweet, not overpowering, but definitely enhancing the pancake experience. There is an option to add chocolate chips too, if thats your thing Definitely a solid brunch option, & a unique texture experience. 4/5Side of sausageNot a traditional spicy sausage but every bit as good. Wonderfully seasoned & the slight char developed a great crispy texture. 3/5Bakuto Pork RamenUpon first glance a well-put-together bowl with a perfectly cooked poached egg & an enticing crispy pork belly with a melt-in-your-mouth fatty center. The best part of the dish was most definitely the mushrooms, the umami that came from them was amazing. Noodles were perfectly cooked al dente that left you satisfied. In a traditional style, I found myself slurping up every bite. Paired with a Sapporo beer this was the perfect lunch. ⅘The interior is a modern-industrial-style Japanese restaurant, with an aesthetic that is honestly immaculate, even if the chairs were slightly uncomfortable. We went shortly after they opened at 1 pm on a Sunday, & the atmosphere was slightly lacking. We were essentially the only people there, but we aren’t complaining. The music choice wasn’t what we were expecting, a kind of old grunge-emo, but that only added to the cool industrial vibe created within the space by their funky light fixtures & metal chairs. The dark grate-looking ceilings & metal accents are softened by aesthetic traditional Japanese art seen throughout. Bakuto was very clean, & during the time we were there, we never saw any of the staff without a mask. Our server was attentive & kind, checking in for drink orders, & staying on top of keeping our waters full. He gave great recommendations, even if it was hard to hear at times. Food came promptly & was cleared quickly, but we never felt rushed. Comment: Went to check this place out with my mom, not disappointed. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, limited but carefully curated menu. Had chicken skewers as an appetizer. According to my mom, the spicy beef ramen was a tad too oily, but my mushroom udon was incredible. Would come again.

Comment: Welcome Bakuto, you didnt disappoint!!! I cant speak to the service since my order was takeout. We had the fried steamed buns and duck appetizer, the buns were delicious, the duck just wasnt my taste. Noodles we had the pork Raman noodles and the beef spicy one. Both were so flavorful, not overly spicy, my 1 issue with the spicy soup was the ratio of broth, meat, etc to noodles, it needed more noodles, but this is being very picky!! I cant wait to try again!
