Comment: Called in on a Friday and ordered 6 rolls on the lunch menu: 2 eel roll, a salmon avocado roll, a spicy shrimp mango roll, a Philadelphia roll, and a spicy crunchy salmon roll. The waitress was very nice and patient on the phone. Pick up was quick and the staff was friendly in person also. The total came out to be just under $30 which is amazing. Food was delicious and they do not cheap out on the rolls with a lot of rice.

Comment: Been eating here for almost 4 years, the food is always good, my personal favorite is Hibachi combo, salmon and beef, miso soup is the best I had, and I been to other places that serve miso soup, none can get it quite right, best miso soup. Service is amazing, always feeling welcome and everybody is mad friendly. I even forgot my keys there for 2 weeks and they gave it to me the next time I was there, you’ll get your money worth every time. Definitely dine in because it’s so homey

Comment: I used to come here all the time when I lived in NYC, and my family still orders from them quite often.Our orders are almost always the 42 or 55 piece Maki Rolls with a Sushimi Deluxe, a bento box or two, and maybe a few other rolls. They havent failed in quality in the near decade weve been regulars. My absolute favorite dish of theirs is the Wasabi roll, and I make it a point to try and grab one every time I return to NYC. Grab it with a Sushimi Deluxe, Kani Salad, Miso Soup, and Edamame and youre in for a great night.For when I wasnt feeling sushi and went during happy hour, I highly recommend the bento box with Rock Shimp Tempura. Bento box is great value for high quality food.The owners are also an absolute delight, they remember their regulars and always ask me and my family how we are. Yes, they already have 500+ reviews saying their great, but this is my take on it. Bay Ridgers, go visit if you havent already.

Comment: Ive frequently ordered delivery from Bay Ridge Sushi over the last 5 years and found the sushi delicious and always fresh. In the last few weeks Ive finally been able to come here for a sit-down meal with family as I have grown to dislike the sushi places in my own neighborhood further away.When sushi was taking off on the East coast around 25 years ago, a lot of new sushi places opened their doors and had great sushi, but over the last quarter century, most have turned to cheaper ingredients, less quality, and tinier pieces. Bay Ridge Sushi is one of the only restaurants in the south of Brooklyn that reminds me of what sushi used to be like 25 years ago in this city - fresh, delicious, and a true joy to eat. Even the rice they use for their rolls or sushi is cooked properly, and seasoned correctly.Other sushi places have let their quality slip while increasing their prices, even pre-pandemic. Bay Ridge sushi prices are reasonable, and somewhat cheaper than the previous Southern Brooklyn meccas of sushi in neighborhoods such as Sheepshead Bay and Midwood.The location itself is on the smaller side, and could probably only fit about 10 parties or so, but I think this contributes to the atmosphere. Its a lot quieter and more peaceful than the larger sushi places in the borough that I am familiar with, that have increased their dining rooms to allow 20+ groups of people, if not more. This leads me to my final point, the service here is top notch, with a very attentive wait staff, and management in the dining room making sure patrons are being taken care of.I do not write reviews often, or very long ones like these either, but Ive been meaning to review this place for a while just because they have blown me away multiple times with their excellent food, quality service, and great atmosphere. Kudos to the team at this location, as I will be coming back again.Favorite items: Eel Avacado Rolls, any unagi dish here is great really. Salmon Teriyaki, Toro, and my favorite roll here which is something I have never found made correctly in any sushi location - a Philadelphia roll. Every other location uses heavy cream cheese and very smoked salmon, while Bay Ridge Sushi somehow found a very light cream cheese and mildly smoked salmon that have a great mix of texture and flavors. I know this is a roll that is not for everyone, and I cant stand it anywhere but this place. But it is VERY tasty here.

Comment: The quality of the fish is without doubt better than the other AYCE places around. (you can also just order a la carte). AYCE portions are rice heavy though, especially for the sushi pieces. AYCE menu is also very limited: sushi and basic rolls, none of the special stuff. But for me the quality made up for the relative lack of options.

Comment: This Sushi is fresh, tastes great, and is reasonably priced. Try any of their specialty rolls or the Lunch Special if you visit during the day, it comes with a miso soup and side salad, both of which were delicious. I was very happy with the service too.

Comment: Ordered eat24 on a rainy Saturday. The food came faster than expected and was great. Got the rock shrimp tempura bento box, and a few rolls (fried soft shell crab & fried oyster).This is a great spot to go to if you want some quick, good sushi. Highly recommend!

Comment: I have gone to this sushi restaurant for about 14years when they were a block away St the old location, its hands down my go to sushi bar. My mom is Japaneseand wont make it anymore but says why go through the trouble of making sushi when they do it well. The only complaint is no ruce wine vinegar in the sushi rice. It its undetectable. Comment: I eat here at least twice a month. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. My nephew loves their spicy tuna rolls and their modern decor. When we cant sit and eat the delivery and take out are fast and the order is always correct. Where else can you get Toro in Bay Ridge?

Comment: The food is good but they do not give you enough meat and vegetables in the sukiyaki. It is wonderful but i gave it a very good rating because the serving was mainly filled with clear noodles. Parking is difficult here watch out for the meter maids in NYC, they are crawling around here
