Comment: So good! It’s my go to place when I don’t feel like cooking. My favorite is the tan tan ramen, the pai tan ramen is also pretty good. For appetizer definitely get the wings!! The Brussels sprouts were so good ( no longer on the menu 🥲) They need to make a comeback!

Comment: We decided to eat ramen at Enerugi Ramen, the decoration is very typical! The team is very nice and explains very well what is in the different ramen,Possibility of having vegetarian Ramen, of eating a ramen for two because it is plentiful, and of taking the leftovers to take away.We had strawberry ramunes, melon and lychee calpico, it was very good!We also ate a signature pai tan ramen, a Yuzu shio and the tan tan ramen,What I also appreciated were the “choking” posters explaining simple gestures for the Hemlich maneuver,We forgot a lanyard and one of the staff caught us on the way to return it,I recommend this restaurant to enjoy good ramen in Brooklyn!

Comment: My first time at Enerugi Ramen was with my GF as we are always looking for the best Ramen places. Enerugi was said to be a great Ramen place, so we decided to give it a try.We started with the simple Chicken Karaage, which came with spicy mayo. The dish was great, with good quality chicken that was well fried, and the dipping sauce was really spicy. I highly recommend it.Next, we ordered the Classic Shoyu Ramen and the Yuzu Ramen. The Shoyu Ramen was okay, but I found it a bit too salty. However, you may like it. On the other hand, the Yuzu Ramen with a clear broth was amazing. It refreshed our minds while we had it, probably because of the Yuzu and lime sour scents they provided. Its perfect against the summer heat. I highly recommend this one.The Yuzu Ramen tasted like sour noodle soup with Chicken in my hometown in Thailand. If it came with fish balls, I would say its absolutely the same.Everything was great so far, but when I came back home, my stomach was cramping like hell. I wasnt sure why, but I assumed it was the fried garlic that caused this pain. However, this was only my opinion, as my GF was okay, and we shared the food, except for the fried garlic that only I had.The atmosphere at Enerugi Ramen was great, with a clean and bright ambiance and light music playing in the background. However, the server quality could be improved. We finished our karaage within 5-10 minutes, but the empty dishes and small plates were left on our table.I will definitely go back to Enerugi Ramen again, but this time, probably without the fried garlic. (-__-“

We love wavy noodles more than straight noodles, you can request for substitution. Must try their Brussels sprouts, which is served with fish sauce and peanut. Very impressive and creative.

Comment: A cute, welcoming hole-in-the-wall ramen shop with a very rich, homemade broth (Pai Tan, Hakata style with Chashu Pork) as well as an option for lighter broth (Yuzu Shio, chicken). Noodles were perfectly al dente. The broths were complex and perfect for a chilly spring day. Ive never quite had something as refreshing and delicious as the Yuzu Shio, so I highly recommend it if you have a lighter palate.Service was great, friendly, and really quick! There was no wait for us when we came around 6pm on a Friday evening, but tables were turned over pretty quickly.Aptly priced and delicious. Highly recommend for a quick and warm meal!

Comment: First time here. Lovely staff. Very friendly. I’m very critical about ramen spots. I have a love for ramen and so I don’t want to waste my time on bad ramen. That being said the ramen here is good. The broth was tasty, plenty of noodles, the chasu melted in your mouth. Pretty good ramen here in my standards. We did have some apps too. The takoyaki is what you’d expect if you’ve had it in nyc. Small, and tiny piece of octopus, if there’s one even in it. While the taste is there, this isn’t the best takoyaki. The okonomiyaki was not good. It was basically a doughy pancake. There was like no noodles or cabbage which is the base of what makes it an okomomiyaki. The sauce was there but really this was a huge let down. Maybe ours was just a bad dish of the night but no thanks. Their wings were nicely flavored, their karage was nice and crispy. The potato tots were just as you’d expect so that was good. Their buns were nice and plump with ingredients. They were not small like I’ve seen others do. Finally their gyoza was actually flavorful. Overall it was a decent experience and you should give them a try.

Comment: Heard about this new ramen joint in Greenpoint through friends and decided to take the family there for some ramen. The place was small, but cozy. You can sit at the tables, the counter overseeing the kitchen where the magic happens or the counter with a view of Manhattan Avenue.We chose the table seating because we were sharing with the kids. Starting with an abundance of appetizers: gyoza, Enerugi wings, pork buns, spicy tuna tartar, brussel sprouts and potato croquette. And for the main course...ramen it is: Pai-Tan ramen with chashu, Miso ramen with chashu, Tan-Tan ramen with spicy ground pork and the Yuzo Shio ramen. The broth for the Pai-Tan, Miso and Tan-Tan ramen were rich and flavorful, while the ramen remained firm and springy to the last slurp. The Yuzo Shio ramen...a light broth with poached chicken breast with a wedge of lime is refreshing.Oops, lets not forget our teenage son also ordered a kiddie ramen with chashu after annihilating everything on the table.We had a good time and left with a full tummy!

Comment: Came in during their soft opening and it was so tasty! Their servers were attentive and accommodating. They offered us their recommendations and it did not disappoint. Since it was newly constructed, there were lots of seating which is adaptable to bigger parties as well.My favorite part of the ramen is that the soup base was very rich. The pork flavor did not overpower the noodles. They also included lots of condiments on the side such as chili oil, fried garlic, chili flakes & sesame to enhance the flavor. Occasionally I like my food spicy, but sometimes I like it plain. The restaurant has given me the autonomy to change my ramen by each bite.I never order poke at a ramen shop, and this was delicious!! The tuna was very fresh & there was lots of sauce so there is never one bite that was dry at all. It was so delicious, I had to take another one home!!
