Comment: Ive been coming to this Fuji Grill for a long time, and you know what? They just get better. I love this restaurant. Great sushi, the absolute best miso soup, and the stir fried udon noodles are amazing! Everything comes out clean and hot and Im super happy with the portions, I always have left overs to take home for later which is great now a days during these economic hard times. I highly recommend this restaurant. 👌

Oh so full of variety and very delicious. A salad, some dumplings, some sushi, soup, and then teriyaki chicken with broccoli and carrots steamed to perfection.Im a big water drinker and my glass was filled several times. There was so much food we each had to get a box to take things home for second meal. Will definitely be back with friends.

I got the kitchen Hibachi salmon dinner and I probably wont be able to stop thinking about it for a week. They also give you a little treat for your birthday if someone at your table asks. The staff was so nice and brought it right out to me and assured me that they packed the extra sauces I asked for. Even after the 20 minute drive home, the sushi was sooo fresh! The rice on the rolls was some of the best Ive had (and honestly I never really notice rice on sushi). Highly highly recommend Fuji!!!

Comment: Had the Ika Yaki, one of the best Ive ever had. We had a appetizer special with small Sapporo leaves filled with yellowtail. Another fabulous appetizer was the Crepe Duck. For entrees we had the Dynamite and the Dancing Eel rolls which were fabulous. The service matched the quality food as well and were well definitely be back as they have quite an extensive menu.

Attentive servers surprised us with a tasty (free) appetizer, and then treated us to plum dessert wine after dinner. Will definitely return! Daughter had the Angry Dragon, wife had the Rainbow Roll and both were absolutely thrilled with it. I dont eat sushi, so got the Beef Zugeyaki, which was quite tasty. Will definitely return.

Comment: I didnt even know that Fuji Grill existed, and Ive been mourning the lack of sushi in the Buffalo area (I only know of O for non-Wegmans sushi, and it can get expensive there.) We went to Fuji for my birthday and it was amazing. The prices are reasonable for it being semi-fancy: rolls go from $4-14 for the daily specials. Entrees were $8-15. My boyfriend ordered chicken teriyaki and instead of the traditional slab of chicken surrounded by broccoli that most restaurants do, it was piled in an artistic arrangement with various veggies and crunchies on top. I ordered some very creative dragon and sunset rolls and they were so aesthetic we took pictures. They also have udon, more Chinese-style dishes, fried tempura ice cream, and a large selection of sake and liquors. The interior is small, so make reservations! Also, its in a strip mall, but dont be fooled!
