Comment: We went recently with a party of 6 for my birthday. Things were great! I love watching the food being cooked. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as the chef didnt do much entertaining other than the volcano, no eggs spinning or the usual entertainment.

Comment: Would have Enjoyed the sushi even more with a little improvement in sushi rice but that said, the cuts of fish were good and the chef rolls creative. We would go back for sure!

Comment: Wow, just wow. This restaurant won a place at the top of the list of the area restaurants we tried. First, the tempura - so crisp you can hear the crunch when you bite into it and not at all greasy. They use fresh oil every day and that may be the secret. We also had the Oneida roll, the Sweetheart roll and a spicy crab roll. Each one was very flavorful and beautifully presented. They arent stingy with the wasabi either. The location is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. We eat there every time we are in that area.Even though they Fuji Chinese and not Japanese our last comment is in Japanese - 私たちはこのレストランが好きです, 食べ物はおいしいです We like this restaurant and the food is yummy.

Comment: Fuji Hibachi Sushi Asian Bistro has the best sushi in the area. They are quick and have never messed up an order. Their Godzilla Roll is amazing but you couldnt go wrong with any of them. The inside is always very clean and looks modern. They have a bathroom and rather large dinning area. There is also a separate party room as well. Ive never eaten in but Ive seen the dinning experience from a glance and everyone looks like they enjoy it. I think this place is a must try if you enjoy seafood.

Comment: This was our first time visiting and it was well worth the visit! We ordered a number of sushi rolls as appetizers and we enjoyed them all thoroughly. We all had the hibachi dinners: steak and chicken. The steak was cooked to our individual tastes nicely from rare to medium well. The chicken was moist and charred beautifully. The onion soup to start was more flavorful than most. The only part I found to be a little less than stellar was the salad. The dressing was a bit pasty. Everything else was top notch!

Comment: My son and I love this restaurant. The food is always fantastic and the employees professional. We always have a good time while eating here. The main dining is underwhelming but the food makes up for it. The hibachi area is always clean and nice. Would highly suggest you give it a try.

Comment: Fuji Sushi was an amazing experience!! We went with anticipation of delicious sushi, and Kay, Nick, and Kyle did not disappoint!! We enjoyed an appetizer of Sexy Jalapeno for by sharing the following rolls Jalapeño Roll, Crunchy Tiger, Foxy Lady, and Madison rolls as well as an Eel Avocado roll, Smoked salmon Sushi, Tuna Sushi, and Eel Sushi. The quality and creativity of the rolls was superb 👌 and the fish was fresh and delicious! Overall great meal, service, and the wait staff is very friendly, good conversation!!

Comment: Our favorite hibachi restaurant to go to was in Destiny USA mall in Syracuse, and Sumos in New Hartford. For Oneida to have this in its arsenal, it is an absolute victory! This is our new favorite place, and we will continue to come back at least every month. I highly recommend the hibachi salmon, it is the most tender one Ive tried in years. The chicken breast is also enormous! You WILL be taking some home so for the price point, its an absolute home run.The design of the place is genius. The contemporary atmosphere inside almost feels like a fancy lounge. I could see myself going to date nights, bringing the kids, or solo at the bar. I love the way they constructed the glass walls, and seamlessly separated everything into sections. A MUST try for residents of Oneida, and the surrounding areas.

Comment: Ive dined in a couple times, and have ordered out for lunch a few times too. Every time, everything has come out so delicious. The presentation alone is amazing. The staff is friendly, and the place is always very clean. Everything is very well priced too. Will definitely be coming back a lot. 👍🏻
