We were attracted by the brilliant decor with authentic Japanese scene.However, we passed by their Williamsburg location and decided to give their lunch set with reasonable price a try. The decor at their Williamsburg location is also brilliant with romantic ambiance.I had their Lunch Set with Chirashi Box selection. It came with soup, salad and appetizer which the portion was amazingly great with reasonable price of $24. My roommate who is 100% a meat lover tried their 35 Day Dry-aged Prime NY Strip Steak. It was impressively delicious with soft texture and great flavor.

Comment: This is a great sushi spot, with a variety of different options to choose from, including vegetarian and dietary restrictions. The cost for two people, plus sake and dessert, was just around $100 with the tip included. The ambiance has more of a club setting with house music when I was there, but it was not overpowering or distracting to have a normal conversation. Had a great time, and I will return the eel with cucumber roll was my favorite.

I tend to tip 18-22% regularly, so its an issue with the money. Maybe I missed the listing somewhere, but if I didnt miss it, the waiter pretty much stole 18% from me, because he gave me no choice. Not sure if Ill return of this is common practice.

The food was delicious and fresh tasting. I had the seared yellow tail. It was super tasty with a delicious sauce. It was so good that I was redipping the fin looking to experience the flavor again. I also had a spicy tuna roll. It was actually the best I ever had. And Ive tried my fair share of spicy tuna rolls. Theirs is the Perfect Texture. Unfortunately because I was so hungry due to intermittent fasting that Im getting into, that I forgot to take pics. But I will say that the pics available on Google are indeed accurate. I tasted other foods. I tried the beef fried rice, and the short rib with crispy masked potato. Smh.....it was so good. So so tender, that meat was. The potatoes were very enjoyable thanks again to another great texture. The creamy potatoes were perfectly encased in its crispy outer shell. I have good faith I wouldve enjoyed ANYTHING off their menu. I look forward to returning.

So I looked online for the rave reviews for sushi restaurant in Williamsburg or near it and this pops up. I didnt expect anything big or fabulous or whatever. However the core coming in was interesting. I have to admit having a nice decor will bring on soothing relaxing feeling and thats what I got. I had a chance to look through the menu to see what I wanted because I never been here before and I came across a number of interesting things. The first thing is that its advertised online as a all you can eat however its not. So dont come here looking for smorgasbord cuz its not happening. The walk towards the back was very entertaining as the whole seated me a tall gentleman who seem pretty funny. I like that great personality. I was greeted by my waiter I didnt get his name but a young handsome I gather he was Asian I dont know my eyes are slightly slanted people call me Asian but Im not so I dont know but a handsome gentleman waited on me. I ordered some shrimp thing I forgot what it was please forgive me Im so sorry but it was good only thing it needed more heat meaning hot not flavor but steam it was not served at a great temperature. Had it been Im sure it would have been much more enjoyable. The next plate that came out was my sushi rolls and the way it was presented all made the difference. The prices were reasonable for that area. The decor in the bathroom was a bit outdated but colorful. The decor leading into the bathroom as you seen the picture has this blue circular lights which is cute and not cute because thats kind of outdated as well but it all brought to of being comfortable and thats why I really enjoyed about it. Everyone was friendly willing to assist and the majority of people working the floor spoke English well. Would I return Yes I would. But dont take my word for it go then experience it yourself and tell me what you think.

Comment: Really enjoy this restaurant and it’s ambiance. I’ve been wanting to go here for so long but never had got the chance to. Everything on the menu is so dynamic but I will say the sushi is my favorite (I had the mummy). The appetizer duck is also amazing as well. Thé drinks are made well and strong. I gave this restaurant a 4 because I placed a down payment for my table and instead of the Down payment being returned and the bill being split, our table had to calculate the remainder costs. I do think they should think about changing this method. Overall, great music, great food and great for photos.

Comment: It was Valentines day so busy is expected. The staff assisted any and everyone that called to them even if they were not your server, they were all polite. The atmosphere was much nicer on the inside than the outside. The food was good I felt like it lacked enough flavor but it was a nice experience. The best thing to get are the rolls you may be disappointed on the entrées.The drinks are ok, wish they were stronger. I wouldnt go as a large group because the food is high priced but a good couples night out.

The rock shrimp was good although, I personally would’ve preferred if it were cooked in more of the aioli sauce. I loveddd the short rib appetizer! Definitely recommend trying it! The Sunset Blvd specialty roll had a smushy, soft texture and was on the sweeter side for a roll. Next time I would try a classic roll.

The price is a little more than average but definitely worth it for an outing here and there. We wore masks upon entry and they checked our temperatures at the door, requested that we used hand sanitizer and fill out a contact card. The decor is very pretty especially the bathroom. The service was outstanding and the food was very delicious. I will definitely visit again.

Service was good, due to the pandemic, they are automically adding gratuity to the bill and there is outdoor seating which looks like exactly six feet or a foot short between tables. You either choose section closer to street partition or sit on sidewalk, but people are still walking on sidewalk through seating, so I opted for street.

He checked on me throughout my meal and asked if I needed anything. I received my meal in a reasonable amount of time. I had never tried shrimp shumai before but it had the word shrimp in it so that meant yummy in my book. The outside texture was soft and unusual at first for me but I became a fan rather quickly once I tasted the shrimp inside. The American Dream and Shrimp Tempura rolls were just as satisfying. The bill was moderate though $8.00 for a bottle of sparkling water is kind of ludacris. Ill definitely visit again...but Ill skip the sparkling water.
