Comment: I used to dine in and do take outs at Hado for many years as it was across from where i lived. Everytime it was better than last time. Then we moved but recently got food delivery from them. Nothing changed a bit. Amazing Thai food. My personal favourite is the Thai Red Curry. I am glad they can deliver through Grubhub yayy🙂

Comment: Hidden gem with so much to offer both sushi or Thai cuisine. Dont be put off by the take out/paper menus. Seems many restaurants are doing that. When you walk in, the space has a dimly light ambiance if you want to sit in the booths with the lounge seats. Or for more family or large parties, sit by the back tables. On the fly, Alex and his staff worked to put together tables for 24 of us in ten minutes (I called ahead). He and his staff were attentive, brought us appetizer plates to share our food if we wanted. Our group really enjoyed the Thai curry (red, green and the massaman). Pad see ew was the most popular dish of the night and tons of sushi. Kiddos were fans of the rolls (eel avocado, California, and custom captains roll). I enjoyed my sashimi deluxe and chirashi. Thai Iced Tea was so good.

It is indeed a very small restaurant but it makes up for the size. If you are in a budget and want extremely good food along with very good drinks this is the place. It is a little hard to find since its in the corner and feels like a small corner store.

Comment: This is our go-to place for quality food for delivery or for a nice date night. The ambience inside is classy, especially for Briarwood. I recommend the chicken pineapple fried rice, the massaman curry, the sweet potato sushi, or the warm sake if you’re trying to drink. Side note: To my knowledge, this is the only legit bar in the neighborhood (not just sake). That said, they’re definitely not open until 4AM or even midnight.

Comment: Great local gem in the neighborhood! They have a great sushi selection, and cocktails are good as well. Thai selection is typical of what you find at any Thai restaurant. But definitely worth a try for sushi, great for take out & delivery as well! They seem to get a lot of to go orders and are never really too crowded.

Comment: My mom came over and was craving sushi. Im new to the area and didnt know any place - Yelp led me to Hado.I ordered from Seamless and got my food super quick. We ordered a bunch of different rolls and everything tasted fresh and delicious. One thing that turned me off (excuse me if Im being a brat) is that they gave us packages of soy sauce instead of those little plastic containers. This packaged soy sauce was gross and way too salty - made the sushi taste much worse, even when mixing with wasabi. What a turn off.Another day, hubby and I ordered Thai from here. We tried the spicy crunchy calamari, beef pad see ew, and shrimp pad thai. The calamari portion was pretty small and nothing special - however, the sauce that came with it was yummy! The pad thai and pad see ew were great! We really enjoyed it.Glad to know we have a good sushi/thai spot in the neighborhood!

Comment: At first, I felt that Google misled me. Im looking for a highly recommended sushi and thai restaurant, But all Im seeing are scary dives and unwelcoming businesses. I wanted to bail. But then we saw two doors that looked so out of place with their surroundings. These doors let us to delicious food.Wow... I loved this place. The atmosphere is so nice, with such an awesome theme and decoration style. Very Modern Orient. I got the Drunken Noodles with beef. Great portion size and sooo good. Best Ive had yet. My wife got sushi rolls and said they were fantastic. I wouldnt doubt it, as they have a sushi bar to the right of their drinks bar. My other friend got crispy basil chicken, with similar results.Our waitress, as well as everyone else, was very friendly, and she joked around with us, too. We really had a great experience in every way. I never thought a place like this would exist where it is. What a great gem.

Comment: Havent tried too many dishes, but Ive had some of the sushi and so.e of the Thai enough to make it o. Of my go to take out/delivery places in the neighborhood. My favourite dish in particular is the chili mango sauce, you can add the meat or substitute of choice. Ive had it with beef and with chicken. Both are great to me.

I dont leave reviews because most of them are b.s.... but this place deserves it... perfect Valentines day specials... we got our Valentines dinner a couple of days early and they gave us the best SERVICE one can ask for. Once again this place is awesome and Im shocked that a restuarant could be so good and yet affordable!!

Comment: Awesome place, great, ambient atmosphere. Very friendly and nice bartenders. I am not a fan of beer, but i swear this is one of those few places where i would drink beer, because their foreign collection of beer is very good and unique.The owner, Alex is a very nice guy. It would be great if this place just stayed opened longer on the weekends, but overall an awesome spot.
