Comment: This place is amazing, The Food, ambience and staff. Visited this jewel last night and had the opportunity to meet one of the co owners who was very welcoming from the start. When asked for recommendations he gave me the best. I had these marvelous oysters that was beyond fresh and delicious.the Haiku Crakers. Diced tuna and you’ll have to find out the rest for yourself. The drinks were one point as well. Wish this establishment much success and me and my wife will definitely return and let everyone know it’s a must TRY! Thanks Haiku

Comment: We have about 4-5 years that we come here regularly. The food is so good. Their special rolls are to die for. My husband always gets his special Saturday roll and the sashimi dinner, I totally love the lava roll.After church my kids love to come here my 2 1/2 year old loves the miso soup and lava roll. Personally I think the quality of the rolls is better than the Nobu.Great friendly staffAmazing drinksGreat atmosphere

Comment: I would like to let it be known that I have frequented this place for takeout years ago but today I decided to dine in for my birthday when the restaurant was open for business at 11:30 a.m. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite serene with music playing in the background at a mellowed tone. It wasnt empty but it wasnt too busy. Our initial server, Jessie, was very much interactive and outgoing. She was very pleasant and welcoming to the 6-month-old that accompanied us on this day. They gave us time to settle so we did not feel rushed. We ordered two classic margaritas, which came about 5 minutes later, because we were told that this choice would be the best option on the menu, but it was your typical sour mix nothing authentic. So I decided to switch it out and with no problem from the server I ordered a coco mai. So happy I changed my order because this drink is absolutely delicious. I would definitely order that drink again.My appetizer was the pan fried pork dumpling. This was delicious also. I ordered sushi and a seaweed salad and the salmon to avocado ratio in the sushi was off but it was still edible. Other than that great place to dine in at. Great customer service. If you are a coconut lover like me, order the coco mai you wont be disappointed.

I had their mojito for a drink, miso soup, dinosaur roll, & Hawaii roll. Highly recommend all of these! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the great experience!

Comment: Great atmosphere with fresh fish and friendly staff. Parking is a bit of a pain, but not the restaurants fault. Food will run you 50 to $60 per person, not including drinks. A real fun place to get together with friends.

Haiku has always been one of my favorite Asian fusion restaurants in White Plains, but they exceeded all of my expectations when I recently held a private event in their lower level party room. From the moment I began planning and coordinating with James, the restaurant manager, it was great experience. James followed up and offered the best customer service Ive ever experienced at a restaurant where I hosted an event for a large party. The space accommodated about 22 ppl, we brought some decor, and there was a restaurant room for our guests across from the party room.On the day of the event, James, our head waitress Lisa and the serving staff was top notch and accommodating to each guest. Guests whove never visited the restaurant before were impressed by the food, but more so by the service. In this environment where restaurants are having to take extra precautions and with limited, it is very hard to provide the service all patrons are expecting. However, Haiku really demonstrated they can service their patrons in the best way possible and be absolutely efficient. Thanks again to James, Lisa and the Haiku staff.

Comment: Top 3 sushi places I have experienced. Already went back a few times. Also if you are a fan of spicy food - they have the freshest oysters I have tasted (it’s not on the menu) - Sushi is just as good and our server Nikki gave us the best hospitality. Highly recommend.

Comment: In a great location with lots of other places nearby! They have a great inexpensive happy hour menu which easily gets you through the door. The service is relatively quick and the food is yummy. Everything is made fresh which is an upside. The place is a bit dark so if you have vision issues you may opt for somewhere else. Great for small groups and first dates!

Comment: My review of Haiku in White Plains is long overdue.I consider myself a seriously experienced sushi foodie, having even traveled to Japan on several occasions for several months. . I only come to Haiku in White Plains for sushi, and even for a take out sushi fest, making a 40 minute RT to White Plains. David is wonderful, and he knows I am indeed very particular about all sushi, especially the quality of uni, which has to be grade A. Their uni is plump and heavenly. When David says it is fresh, he means it. Keep up the great job, and I will continue to be a loyal, happy customer.
