There’s lots to choose from on the menu and a great selection for sake as well as other drinks. My nephew enjoyed the ramen bowl. As well as some of the appetizers. My brother really enjoyed everything from the ramen, appetizers and Freshly made sushi. As for my I just wish I didn’t get full so fast from appetizers. Although I did bring home my meal to eat later. However my brother, nephew and mother figure I didn’t eat it soon enough so they enjoyed my meal. Anyway the prices are good. Food is amazing and worth your time to check out this place.

Comment: We ordered spicy tonkatsu miso ramen, shio ramen, fried oyster and grilled hamachi chin. Everything was amazing. Shio ramen has clam base broth that’s flavorful and refreshing. Definitely my favorite new discovery. Grilled Hamachi chin was super tender and delicious but charges market price. It turned out to be $22 for a piece of fish chin so do be aware of that. Service was on point, overall it’s a pleasant experience to dine in Hashi.

Tasty enough (nothing extraordinary) and good portion size but too salty for me. I cant say Id go out of my way to get it again. I also got an order of tako wasa. They get a star for just offering it (surprisingly hard to get in Flushing). Good and I liked it but the packaging wasnt very leak proof which is fine if kept upright. Quick delivery and the broth was still hot.

There are only 1-2 outdoor tables available currently so major orders were for take out.The staff was friendly, attentive but the wait was a little bad. We had their ramen, assorted sashimi plate, aged tofu and fried chicken. The food was overall decent with reasonable price.We loved their ramen especially the broth was creamy and the noodle was cooked well. The assorted sashimi wasn’t recommended if you are a Japanese food lover.

Comment: I was waffling between four and five stars, and decided on four. The good: Excellent food at reasonable prices. I have tried every Ramen dish they offer, and have not been disappointed. The Sushi is also good if anyone you are with is not a Ramen head. I have also ordered party platters from here, and guests at my home have always been pleased. The location is also welcoming of kids/families. The only downside is that the service sometimes falls apart excessively when it gets crowded. Long wait time for food, incorrect orders, or bad timing(three people are nearly done eating and one person has yet to be served at the same people). Overall, highly recommended.

Comment: This place is usually packed to the brim. The restaurant opens at 5pm, so we arrived right when it opened its doors. As usual, the place has seating in the front with mini bar like seating areas near the windows. The back is where the actual bar like seating is located.The menu is simple. It features standard ramen dishes such as tonkatsu and a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes. The wall has a few specials that look interesting such as the tartare.We ordered a tonkatsu and the number 3 sushi roll. The roll was well portioned and tasty. At first there was a small fishy taste but overall the roll was fresh and filling. The ramen however could be better. The noodles didnt have the chew we expect and the broth could use a bit more depth of flavor.

I usually say that a restaurant should stick to one type of cuisine or neither will be more than just okay but this restaurant has proven me wrong! Comment: Came an hour before closing time and was told the kitchen will be closing in 30 mins. Totally fine because their menu is small.Ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen, Tonkatsu Ramen, Fried Chicken, and Takoyaki.Tonkatsu was lacking flavor but everything else was delicious! Spicy Miso Ramen became spicier as I kept eating but flavor was on point. Make sure to order!Staff was friendly but they made it awkward for us since they seem to want to hurry and leave.

Comment: Came here for a Friday night dinner with my husband around 6pm-place was still empty but filled up quickly as we waited for our food.The waitress suggested their $30 special, which was not on the menu that includes 12 pcs of sashimi including their otoro. I got that and an order of salmon skin roll. My husband ordered the tonkotsu ramen and 5 pcs of unagi sushi.The food came out pretty quick. My sashimi entree was probably the best and freshest Ive ever had. It was truly amazing! The salmon skin roll was quite disappointing-the smoked salmon skin was tasty but I could barely taste it in the roll bc there was too much rice and too little salmon skin. My husband enjoyed his ramen and unagi sushi.We ended our meal with their green tea tempura fried ice cream and it was delicious. This place is a bit pricey but well worth it. Good service and great food!

Comment: Went around 12pm on a friday with a friend, immediately seated, food was really yummy and portions were big. i got the spicy miso ramen with ground beef, was a little disappointed there was no sliced beef or grilled beef option with the ramen soups as im not big on chicken or pork. But still really delicious. Service was great people were friendly place was compact. Would definitely recommend it and go again!
