Comment: I came here yesterday for dinner with my friend and it was so delicious that I couldnt help myself and ordered again today. So far Ive had the Tonkotsu Pork Ramen bowl (as is), the Karaage Chicken, the Edamame and Osake Beef Ramen bowl with the GF noodles. All of the dishes were delicious. Personally I prefer the texture of the GF noodles with the Soups. Both broths are delicious and I love that you can customize your Ramen bowls. The $1 appetizer special deal is crazy good and perfect for trying their various appetizers out. Absolutely will be back and cant wait to try more dishes. 5 stars.

Personally though I prefer chicken breast over thighs for health reasons. I would buy more often if they used breast instead. Otherwise this is just occasional dinner for me. Great overall though.

Comment: Excellent ramen on SI with good vegetarian options. I ordered the vegetable ramen which tasted delicious and flavorful. They also have gluten free ramen noodles. I really appreciated how the ramen was packaged for my delivery so that the noodles stayed fresh.I also ordered the hibachi tofu which came with a fried spring roll. The only minor issue was that the fried spring roll came in the same bowl as the tofu, rice, and vegetables, so it was soggy and not crispy. It was still good however, so Ill definitely order from Hitto again next time.

Comment: Awesome atmosphere. Very relaxing. The ramen was amazing. I had the miso ramen and the broth was very full and flavorful without being too salty. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the portions were just right; it was enough to fill you up without being overwhelming. I highly recommend their gyoza. The flavors were amazing and it was fried to perfection. It was probably the best gyoza ive ever had. Hitto also does this unique thing where they offer you a prebiotic beverage shot at the end to help with digestion, which was also awesome.

I have seen other ramen spots on Staten Island that have good ratings but I dont believe they come even close considering the richness of the soup broth and the type and texture of the noodles themselves. We had two appetizers which was chasu bun & vegetable spring roll . The pork in the chasu bun was so amazing honestly! And the spring roll was amazing as well. My aunt order fried chicken ramen and I ordered curry ramen. Let me tell you it was spectacular the food omg ! The egg tastes so fresh and boiled just right . The ramen noodles also was fresh. The pork in the curry broth was so delicate and delicious 😋 ! My aunts fries chicken ramen, the fried chicken was fresh and wasnt soaky at all ! Honestly this restaurant is definitely worth it ! I promise they wont disappoint!!!
