Comment: I ordered the samurai steak and shrimp for lunch and it was so delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection. The best way to describe it would be chocolate textured beef steak. It doesnt taste like chocolate, it literally melts in your mouth once you start chewing. OH, it was so good.

Comment: Great food at a reasonable price with attentive staff and a fun Hibatchi show. Location has both Hibatchi grill-side seating and regular tables for a more traditional dining experience. My meal was $22 for a steak and chicken Hibatchi grilled meal and came with soup, salad, shrimp appetizer, fried rice, and grilled veggies. A few more dollars for hot tea and add a tip and you are getting a 4-course, fresh cooked meal for $30 — plus a show (if you are seated at the grill).

Comment: Random, last minute dinner decision with some old friends. It was a little slow being a weeknight, but that didnt detract from the experience. Were very glad we went!The fried rice was delicious. My shrimp and chicken were fantastic- each perfectly seasoned and cooked. The show was also very good.

Comment: Been here a few times and finally getting around to leave a review. The food is always good, generous portions and delicious. The hibachi chefs are entertaining but we usually just sit at booth and order which is just as good to me. We ordered the Super Spider Roll this time which was AMAZING. Highly recommend going here for sushi, hibachi, or anything on the menu really. Also good selection of soda and alcohol drinks.

Service is great, presentation is excellent, and there is no better sushi in town.Im allergic to shellfish and Ive never had a complication. On the occasion that my free sushi bar appetizer has shrimp, they will gladly make me something else.The staff have changed over the past few years (save a handful), but the quality is consistent. Stop in, its worth the visit.

Comment: The staff were nice, the cook was excellent and the food was delicious. The only downside is the cleanliness. The vent systems were well maintained and clean as were the grills. The floors on the other hand were not so nice. The bathrooms were horrible. The sink fixtures literally moved about 3 to 4 when I tried to turn them on. But you do have to take the bad with the Good.

Comment: First time at a hibachi style restaurant. Went with a 15 person family group. Great food with lots of fun supplied by the chefs! My son and I were proud to have caught the zucchini in our mouths on the first toss, unlike the rest of our party. I had 2 new to me (which isnt that easy) sushi rolls and the filet mingnon dinner. All excellent tasting, and our entire party left with satisfied full bellies. I was going to rate only 4 stars because of the calamari rings (from a box?) and price (seemed expensive, but not too unexpected for our family of 5), but the fun factor negated these issues. Definately going back!

Comment: Was craving sushi real bad after going to a restaurant in Jim Thorpe PA with my friend a few weeks ago. I dont live far from here yet Ive never gone until now. Ill definitely be back again for some delicious sushi! If theres one thing Id change its that there doesnt seem to be any sushi with spicy mayo on it so I was a little disappointed since my favorite one o tried previously had spicy mayo. Just a very small gripe tho!

I also really liked the homemade ginger salad dressing, which seemed lighter and with a slightly different (better) taste than what I find as standard at other restaurants.This is an awesome restaurant with great food. Fun to cross a bridge over a water garden as I entered the dining room, too. A nice touch!Update: hit it on the second time in town with the same great result. Definitely consistent!

Comment: After having a bad experience at the Liverpool location for our Anniversary we decided to give it another shot in Auburn and couldnt be happier we did. The service was amazing! The food and Hibachi show was awesome! The environment was on point and clean. The sushi was fresh and delicious. What more can you ask for?

Comment: I have always had a positive experience with this establishment. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Auburn! Each member of the staff is wonderful. They are so fun and put on a great show. I definitely recommend the spicy tuna roll and the sakura filet mignon!

Comment: This is the absolute best place to get fresh, masterfully prepared sushi and Asian cuisine that my chinese girlfriend and I have found from here to ithaca, Syracuse, and Rochester. The people who work there are absolutely fantastic people. I love them, and know them well as I go there quite often. They make me so happy to go back! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and top notch service. I recommend this resturant above any other.

Comment: Met family and friends here for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food. This is a large restaurant and was formerly a Ponderosa restaurant. Menu accommodated individual tastes for children and adults. I enjoyed the vegetable selections.

Comment: This place is amazing. The best sushi and special rolls within an hour drive. My wife and I along with all of our freinds pick this place over anywhere in the greater syracuse/auburn area. Great service, average prices compared to other similar places, but very worth the price of admission. Im just so glad to have somewhere like this within a 30 min drive.

Comment: Sushi bar. Soups & shell food bar. Vegetables with beef or chicken bar. Next bar would be what I call more American food with pizza mushroom potatoes & more food. Then you have deserts like jello puddings fruit & cake or cookies bar. Last bar is the salad & in the corner is ice cream selections. Come & enjoy yourselves. Go before 4:30 & eat for less money. Later price goes up & steak and sea food comes out. Have fun

Comment: This is a great place to take a good friend or friends. If you sit and watch the hibachi grill, it is also pretty fun! The chef will keep your attention as he chops, tosses, and cooks your meal rite in front of you! Its like mixing a great tasting meal with a highwire balancing act. The experience is top notch, and the price reflects that. There is the option of sitting down and ordering from a menu which will give you great food and keep the price down too.
