Comment: The food is great, sushi is fresh and much better quality than other sushi places close by but a bit pricey. The service could be better. Been there twice and always feel like they just forget about you. First time they had two big groups so they were very preoccupied with them, second time they forgot one of the rolls I ordered. I didn’t mind because we were full but would’ve been upsetting if I was still hungry.

Comment: Giving this place four stars only due to exceptional service and a nice atmosphere. Came in on a weekend afternoon, an hour after opening. Besides our party, there were only two other patrons currently eating. We were offered a seat right next to these patrons, even though there were plenty of other seats. With somewhat loud music playing, the pitch of our conversation kept interrupting the conversation of these patrons, and vise versa.King Salmon Carpaccio was bland and uneventful; squash lobster bisque portion was miniscule and contained one small piece of lobster; seafood soup was nothing more than a small cup of lukewarm vegetable broth with two shrimp/a stick of imitation crab/two thin slices of Japanese Fish Cake and assorted vegetables; the rest of the order were rolls, where only the Yummy roll was something to write home about.Service was very polite and accommodating!Bathrooms, and the rest of the interior, were spotless.

Comment: The place is beautiful. Very friendly atmosphere, they have tables and booth and private room upstairs for a private party. It took a while to get our foodThe food was good and fresh, but the portions were quite small and pricey . Especially the duck salad had only lettuce leaves in abundance and not much duck and it was tiny. The special roll was too small as well. Usually special rolls are way more expensive and much bigger. It was not the case, yes, it was pricey but regular size.

Comment: This restaurant is amazing! I came here for my grandpa’s birthday and I would definitely come back here, so if youre reading this I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others! The food is fresh and you can even customize the roll to your liking! The service is amazing and the environment is very nice aswell. The music sets the mood and. the furniture makes the restaurant elegant which is really adds on to the whole experience. Come with family and friends and I can ensure you will have a great time!

Comment: This is a wonderful place, little Japan, you walk in and immediately find yourself in another world. The food is simply excellent, 100% staff are attentive and always smiling. Comment: Izakaya has to be one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a restaurant. The staff are very alert and always making sure that you have everything you need. Even the owner was checking in on us. The food was so delicious, some of the freshest on this whole block. Definitely will be coming back.

Comment: New nice place on the block. Great service! Very nice atmosphere! This is something missing in other places. Now about the food. Its ok. Right now they have 1$ special for oysters, dont know for how long it will be. Also they do not have yet liquor license yet, so you can bring a bottle for 10$ charge.

Comment: I went with my friends and the service is so good. I love the appetizer and sushi roll there, it tastes so amazing. Also the food is not expensive to make us full. Comment: Upon entering the decor is amazing, you feel warm and relaxed. The music is great. The service best I have received in the longest time. The food is spectacular! Super accommodating for food allergies!! It was a Rainy Sunday and one of the staff offered an umbrella for us to make it back to the car! Where else do you get treatment like that locally here in Brooklyn! Overall a wonderful experience and would most definitely return for more!

The service is very welcoming iv notice personal approach to its customers. Big thank you to server Eva for recommending this lovely sushi boat, which was absolutely delicious.

Comment: Went in a small group and they had great service. Erin was a great waiter and attentive. Amosphere/ decor was great and comfortable seating. They even have An accessible bathroom. We had the soft shell crab, fried oysters, and calamari for the appetizer. All great choices, but the oysters were my favorite. I had the Kimono roll which was warm and crispy. So good. My group recommended the Hawaiian roll, the spider roll and the snow white roll also. For dessert they had a great ice cream tempura. Definitely coming back!
