Miso and Linda always have great customer service and you feel like family when you dine here.Kiku has so many sushi options that you will find a roll you love. My favorite roll is the Boston Party roll still 2+ years later! Their take out sushi is just as good as well!Theres street parking or a shared parking lot in the back. It is a smaller sushi place and more intimate so it may be best to call ahead to check if theres a wait time.Highly recommend Kiku Sushi!!!

Or spicy noodle in a roll?! Guess what, you haven’t. And even if you did at another establishment....you still haven’t so cut it out with your lying self. Have ordered out there three times in a month trying different specialty rolls and there hasn’t been one I haven’t loved yet. The staff is really nice friendly, I received a warm welcome. There are soooo many rolls to choose from, my mind was blown, lol. I ordered the Gyoza to start and also received a complimentary app on the house which i thought was really nice. I got miso soup, salad and a Beach roll i believe it was. Everything was really good. The miso however was not as flavorful as i would have liked but that was such a small thing in comparison to everything else. I would def go back and try the other 1,000 cool rolls they have.

I tend to love the Sushi and Shashimi Combo platter. It is ALWAYS fresh and an excellent value for the IMHO. The meals we had at other places were too Americanized and were not authentic. She told me this food was as good as she got in Japan. Not having been to Japan myself, I just found the food delicious. The chefs complimentary appetizer was very good. We were given a selection of tuna sushi and a fried tuna ball. Both were done perfectly. The next time we come to visit family in New York we will definitely go to Kiku again.

Comment: This is probably one of my favorite Japanese restaurant in this area. The food and price are reasonable. Ive been here 3-4 times and always offered free samplers on the house, which is absolutely unheard of.

Comment: Ive selfishly waited way too long to write this review because I kind of dont want this place to get any busier but they deserve any and all accolades. Up until I found Kiku, I hated sushi. Never was very much into fish of any kind but I have been converted. The sushi here is incredible. So fresh youd think the ocean was in their backyard. Everyone that works here is so friendly and welcoming. The waitress barely even needs to take my order as she always remembers the little things like how i eat way too much ginger and wasabi and always get extra dressing with my salad. Ive tried numerous other Sushi restaurants since Kiku and not one so far can hold a candle to the freshness, friendliness and affordability of Kiku. I couldnt recommend a restaurant more.
