Comment: The food was amazing! I got the pork bao buns and spicy pork ramen. Excellent quality, the ramen was flavorful and filling. The buns were tender and soft. Prices were also fair, $55 bill for two. I probably won’t dine in again and try takeout due to seating & service. It was 6pm and they were busy with only 2 servers, and while the food was served hot and in a timely manner, the hospitality could use some improvement. If you sit in the front, be prepared to feel a breeze when it’s cold outside! Nonetheless, I will be back to try many new things off of the menu, and I do recommend trying this ramen bar out!

Comment: This is an awesome place for Ramen! I highly recommend them. This is one of my go to Ramen shops. I normally get the spicy garlic Ramen and my girlfriend gets the shoyu. Both beef. Awesome! 👌👌🔥🔥👍👍

Comment: Good service and decent price ramen. The ramen is flavorful, fresh, and good quality for the price paid. Only opportunity for improvement is service could be faster. We arrived on Sunday afternoon a little bit before rush hour and waited about 30+ minutes for our ramen although the restaurant was about 70% full. Would come back again to see if service is faster and recommend to build in long wait time to not be too hungry before food is serve.

Comment: Great ramen house in Westchester. Small quaint dining experience. Pork belly bao is absolutely delicious. My go to is the Chashumen which is always incredible, super velvety broth, chewy noodles, plus a spice bomb. This place never disappoints!

Comment: I enjoyed my whole experience here. The food was very delicious. My favorite from here is the shrimp Bao & the Gyoza. The Ramen also is flavorful. The desserts are a MUST. The mango pudding & the tempura ice cream were amazing.

I’ve had ramen in the city mostly (and in Japan) so I was worried this place wouldn’t be up to par, but the noodles are fresh, broth is delicious, meat is nice and fatty, eggs were perfect!Takoyaki is delicious! Just missing the bonito flakes, but I also did not ask. Shrimp bao was also GREAT!!Dessert is made in house, and its fresh and so yummy!!

Comment: This place is so delicious! I feel like it’s so hard to find really good ramen spots in Westchester County, but this place was legit! We went here for a warm and cozy dinner last Sunday and it did not disappoint. We started off with the gyozas, which were mouth watering. Then we got the Buffalo chicken kaarage wings, which were so appetizing! We then both got two versions of spicy ramen, which was so worth it! Not only was everything filling, but it was also so delicious we ate everything!!

Ive been to many ramen bars in NYC and in NJ and I can tell these guy were legit when I greeted the waiter in Japanese and he spoke the language. Thats right they are actually Japanese in this place. Comment: Had a wonderful experience eating at Kishuya the other day! The food was DELICIOUS, the service was excellent, and I truly felt cared for while I was there. I also felt quite safe and comfortable with the COVID precautions in place - had our temperatures taken upon arriving, tables were well spread out, and everyone I saw wore masks. Comment: One of the most satisfying and filling ramen bowls. I had the miso ramen and it was the ideal portion for me. Fresh flavors and made to order. Noodles are cooked to perfection, not soggy. I shared a potato croquette between two people and it was absolutely crisp and delicious on the outside and wonderfully flavorful on the inside. Would definitely come back again. The ramens here are very comforting!Excellent service and clean and cozy atmosphere. There was also outside seating!

Comment: This is a great place. My wife and I have been coming here since theyve first opened and were two of their very first customers. Several staff have come and gone over the years, but the few that have remained are still the same helpful and generous individuals that were there since the beginning. The ramen broth is flavorful and not oversaturated with fat and msg like some choice “ramen” or hybrid ramen places tend to be. We think a good rule of thumb is when individuals of a particular region of the world are lining up and dining in an establishment like this, then it must be authentic and/or of good quality. We haven’t been disappointed from a meal hear and will continue coming back for our ramen fix. My wife usually sticks with the vegetable ramen (Yasai), while I usually go with the Chashumen. The pork in the Chashumen is very tender and pork-based broth is not salty. In addition, we both LOVE this place because of our favorite addition: SPICE BOMB! Spice bomb is really a collection of spices rolls up into a ball which is then used to place into and dissolve in your broth; love this! Our other go to was to get addition roasted garlic to add to our ramen, but unfortunately this is not an option anymore. Kishuya is a small gem of a place on a busy section of Central Av. In Hartsdale. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed.Our favorites in order:1. Yasai2. Chashumen3. Chicken wings**4. Ahi tuna poke
