Comment: I was so happy when this restaurant opened and it didnt disappoint. The decor and ambience is beautiful - it would be perfect for a date night, girls night, or family dinner. The food is also incredible. There is something to eat for everyone and the quality of every dish was so excellent! In addition, the service was impeccable! We werent waiting for anything, we were always attended to, and the manager made us feel like VIPs just by being so welcoming and checking to make sure we were having a good time. Definitely recommend!!

Comment: This new spot in Manhasset first and foremost is absolutely stunning. There are gorgeous banquettes throughout the restaurant for larger groups and the bar room looks perfect for a first date. I started with the Spicy Crab, which was so flavorful it had me picking out every last morsel before letting go of the plate and the spicy tuna crispy rice is always a hit. Then it was onto the sushi, which is a place Kissaki shines (they also have two locations in NYC) - My server Roshad who was the absolute best told me to get the chefs signature selection and I couldnt pick a favorite because they were each so uniquely satisfying (and change regularly). For mains my friend and I had the Uni Pasta which was so decadently delicous and the Black Cod, which was light and sweet. I cant wait for an excuse to come back and would highly recommend this spot to family and friends.

Comment: This is more feedback to management than a restaurant review:Instead of having staff play Tetris with plates every time they bring new dishes to the table, please have them clear tables first!This struggle became almost funny mid-dinner when waitstaff would continue to bring new dishes over to our full table, confused why they wouldnt fit.Even more surprising--after successfully maneuvering fresh dishes amongst the empty plates (with our help), several staff members would walk away empty-handed until we called them back to take our empty dishes with them.Will update about food and drinks in a future review, but the mismanaged service (although friendly) was a distraction from an otherwise pleasant dinner.

Comment: My spouse and I had the pleasure of dining at Kissaki Manhasset this past weekend, at their soft opening. The space is beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout, from the moment you enter in the bar area, into the dining room, and all the way to the back in the restrooms. We can tell this restaurant was designed with an upscale aesthetic in mind. It completely accomplishes that, and then some. So beautiful.We had several drinks - Old Fashioned and Lychee Martini. Both drinks were perfectly made, with the right amounts of each ingredient. My Lychee Martini had more flavor than I’m used to from other establishments, and I enjoyed it immensely. I normally order only 1 cocktail with dinner, but I ordered 2 here because I was really enjoying it.We took the recommendation of our server, who was here from their Hamptons location, and ordered several appetizers, some sushi, and a pasta, all to share between us (family-style). Some of the highlights, and in my opinion are must-orders, include the seared scallops with fresh truffle shaved on top table-side (who can say no to fresh truffle?), the sushi and/or sashimi tasting (we had both, and the fish was super fresh, and each had a unique topping that gave it an extra special kick in flavor!), and the uni pasta (‘omg!!’ is all I can say). I can’t wait to go back and try other items on their menu.The service from the staff was excellent; they were getting to know the new space and understandably will need time to perfect the flow of the clientele and staff in a brand new restaurant. The staff was clearly excited to work there and the energy of the staff was exceptional.I’m excited to introduce our friends and family to this new restaurant, and already have in mind gift cards to purchase as gifts for birthdays and holidays.
