Comment: Kyoko’s is a splendid treat of Japanese cuisine. Don’t let the humble dining room fool you. The food is thoughtfully prepared with fresh meats and vegetables. Our evening’s appetizers of Edisu Salad and the Sushi platter were full flavored and too pretty to eat. The Bento Special platter and Katsu Don were amazing and we can’t wait to be treated with the wonderful sauces and flavors again soon. We never wanted the meal to end.

Comment: We ordered their bento deluxe and their salads salmon and seafood salads. Their customer service was very accommodating and welcoming, she did everything a customer can ask for. Now, with their food, I don’t know what else to say but it’s perfection. If you’re a sushi/sashimi lover, you have to try this place.

Comment: Having just moved to the area, we decided to try their fare, and after our meal, I felt compelled to write my experience.The food was prepared exactly to order, delicious, beautifully arranged, and prompt. We tried some options available at other restaurants as well as some items wholly unique to Kyoko. We were left incredibly impressed and very full. Every item was flavorful, well prepared, and surprised me with its quality. A vast array of options available in a restaurant can sometimes indicate less care given to individual items, but this was absolutely not the case. We ordered 8 items to share and every single item was wonderful.The greatest treat of all was our hostess Alisha. There are many factors that make a dining experience enjoyable, and to say that food alone (tasty as it was) is solely important would be an understatement. Service goes a long way to making diners feel comfortable, relaxed, and ready to place their faith in the kitchen behind closed doors. Alisha is a rare treat in her line of work, and through her prompt service, kind demeanor, and care for our experience has set a new standard in the industry and deserves to know that. So thank you Alisha, and to our talented chefs, we will most certainly be back.

Comment: Absolutely fantastic! Wait staff is great, atmosphere is great, would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area! I had the miso ramen special and my friend got the bento special. It was around $50 for both. I love the appetizers here.

Comment: At first impression, I thought my wife and I would regret going to dinner here. The atmosphere and service was off putting at first. As the meal went on, the server warmed up to us and was actually very good. The food was delicious and the sushi was some of the best Ive had anywhere in upstate/central NY. The sushi was meticulously curated and served the second it was made. I would highly recommend eating here for specialty sushi rolls.
