Comment: The all you can eat (AYCE) sushi deal here is pretty good. Parking is easy. Service is very slow, and they won’t let you order more food until you’ve finished all of your current round. Usually you wait 10-20 minutes between rounds of food.

Comment: This was a surprise! When I pulled into my hotel to check in, I saw there was an attached sushi place. I was going to just order delivery from them, then realized, Youre traveling. Go there. So I walked over and was seated immediately, and was presented with a check-off menu. I had the house salad (had to get some veggies in) and Tom Yum soup. It had a few chunks of tomato, enoki mushrooms, and two pieces of shrimp. Considering tom is Vietnamese for shrimp, I would have liked more shrimp. But it was delicious, and I drank the broth from the bowl after all the solids were gone. Next up was my sushi. I ordered the Hicksville Roll, which was fantastic. I also ordered a spicy salmon crunch roll, and another whose name escapes me. I also decided to order some sashimi, and got a nice surprise with the bite of red snapper. Good flavor. The staff were all friendly and quick to pick up my next order, and I left with a full, happy tummy. $26.99 for all-you-can-eat is a decent price, considering I would have spent more than that on what I was thinking of ordering for delivery. Definitely worth the visit. I wish Id taken pictures, but it was the first Id eaten all day, so it didnt last long enough to grab my phone!

Comment: Food was great for my first time at a sushi spot and me not being from this state but the service was not it they don’t ask you what kind of drink you want they just bring water they don’t ask if you want a refill and when it came down to pay they automatically charge tip and it was only just 2 of us total total was 87 and some change i gave them 100 and the guy comes and says tip is not included as he gives me my change and on the receipt it said 13 dollars charged of tip so i was confused on that if no tip is included the total should have been lowered

Comment: I honestly do not want to write this review coz i want to keep this place to myself, but I also want them to have good business and keep them afloat. As a AYCE sushi place, this is affordable and food has been consistent ok. There were days were great vs good, but overall satisfactory kind of place and I’ve never had any health issue after eating there.I can’t speak to the cooked entrees as I’ve never tried, but the rest are decent.

Comment: The food comes out quickly, and it is *delicious.* Have been back multiple times within a few weeks. It is quickly becoming the new favorite spot. Im particularly addicted to the seaweed salad. The staff is nice and having the opportunity to watch the assembly line of sushi chefs work makes you appreciate the efficiency and craftsmanship. Wonderful value for the food received, will be back again... literally today!

Comment: Surprisingly great sushi from an all-you-can-eat place.Ordering process took us a bit of figuring out - no explanation given to first time guests. Orders were served quicker than we expected.I absolutely loved the salmon sashimi. Gyoza and shumais were good. A bunch of tempura stuff we ordered were crispy and hot. Sushi rolls were absolutely on point - delicious.Portion sizes are slightly smaller than regular sushi places, so order about 20% more than you usually would.Prices are on the higher side - about $40 per person after tax and tip on a weeknight. Our kids are very light eaters, the adults aren’t much of big eaters either, so overall works out a little more expensive than some of our other sushi favorites on Long Island.

Comment: Consistently ranks among the best local sushi buffets, especially considering the spike in prices as of lately (still expensive, but it can be a treat especially for a non city restaurant). Wait times can be quite long once ordered(~1 hour during peak times) and sushi could be slightly colder but it shouldnt be anything noticeable, especially because their sashimi is perfectly cold. Wider menu variety than any restaurant Ive ever seen, but it should be noted that as delicious their specialty rolls are, almost all of them contain tempura or spicy tuna which can become stale or too filling after a while, even in different arrangements. Definitely recommend going to treat someone but not too often to maintain the restaurants special quality.

Price point is what you would expect for a higher quality restaurant. Its a unique concept that I wont go into as not to spoil the experience for you. Dont let the stigma of a hotel restaurant keep you away like it almost did me. Enjoy.

The sashimi also isnt cut into little half pieces like some places do either, so dont order 80 pieces of sashimi like I did, because that is what you will get! Comment: Tasty, unlimited food for a reasonable price. Interior is a clean environment and has a nice atmosphere. Their service is efficient. Some sushi buffets can nag you to hurry up for staying to long or accidentally mix up your dishes, but I havent had this problem with Masa so far. The food comes out pretty fast, even when the place is packed, so thats a plus.

Comment: Sushi is good, but too many of the special rolls are almost the same: cucumber and rice. I went around 6pm, and it was ok you can eat for a flat fee, with a two hour limit. Rolls are a little bit larger than normal, so keep that in mind before ordering 100 pieces because youre hungry (like we did).Service was average, took a while for them to get to us, and there was no warmth at all. Literally heres your table, which drink do you want and they walked away with no instructions whatsoever, as if we were supposed to know how it worked and what each plate was.Theyll have two papers in the table with all items you can order, one is for rolls and one is for kitchen items. We got the tempuras, and they were good. One portion each is enough for two people to try it all.But definitely worth the experience. It was not expensive at all, and after a full day of work, we tried every single item in the menu and they all were good.

Comment: For a flat fee, it is all you can eat Japanese food but be warned you better be able to finish all your food as there is an extra charge if you dont finish the food you order. The quality of food and selection is amazing and definitely so worth every penny. Some of the best sushi Ive had in a while for the price. I am a huge fan of eel (unagi) and it is pretty hard to find a restaurant with this nice quality of eel. Definitely coming back with friends and family. It has become my go-to sushi restaurant now.

Comment: All you can eat! It was my first time eating sushi. The food was awesome and the service was very fast. It is off the beaten path and one wouldnt expect to find this place. You order off the menu but you can order as much as you can. But if you waste food, you have to pay extra :) hahaha. Havent seen that before but its fair. I would recommend it and go again.

Comment: This was the former Blue Fish Sushi Restaurant. It is attached to a Local hotel. Does not look like much from outside but it is roomy and nicely decorated inside. The front room has a liquor bar and a few booths and tables. The back room has the Sushi bar along with more seating for larger groups. They now have an all you can eat menu that includes salads, appetizers, soups and sushi. The price is reasonable for the amount of food you get. There is something for everyone and the sushi is fresh. Had a great time here, but beware service can be slow as it is always busy.

Comment: Standard sushi AYCE experience at a very reasonable price. Dinner $22, lunch $19. Fish seems decent quality for AYCE. Sushi is made with care - have been to other places where it just looks like a mess. They use Mr. Green Tea for their green tea ice cream - the most authentic green tea ice cream (not overly sweet) Ive had at these types of restaurants. FYI, Mr. Green Tea can be found at Stop & Shop.

Last week we had to mark tom yum soup 3 separate times before it came. Sometimes I think they choose what they want to serve you. If youre ok with that then no problem.

Comment: For a delightful Sushi meal this is the place to go. Its a bit out of the way and somewhat daunting outside, however inside is charming and warm. Service is somewhat indifferent but the food easily makes up for it. Keep an eye out for the Days Inn sign and know you have arrived when you see it. Enjoy your meal, drink and get a room. 👍👍

I came here a few days ago with my sister and her bf and I was not feeling well at all. Decided to get a bowl of rice and let them order what they wanted since I couldn’t really eat at all. They didn’t give me a weird look or ask me why I was only getting just that. They actually asked me if I needed more water or anything for my stomach. I mean, could they be any nicer?! Lovely, lovely place. Looking forward to coming back again for my 4th time and actually getting sushi lol. Thank you for being so accommodating! Really appreciated it.

Comment: I went there with a friend for their grand opening today and was not disappointed. We got vegetable gyoza and a ton of sushi (nigiri and rolls) that was all very fresh and delicious. The sushi staples like the salmon, tuna, and Philadelphia rolls were all better than at most places with good portions of fresh fish, plus more adventurous offerings like the Mango Hawaii and Peanut Avocado rolls were even better than the old standbys.Our service was prompt and helpful and our food came out quickly after putting in our order even though it was busy. The decor is sleek and contemporary but still warm and welcoming.I definitely plan on coming back for the all-you-can-eat sushi as well as trying out the other dishes like the hibachi and udon soup when ordering delivery from them.

This restaurant is divided into a bar / party floor and a general restaurant area. This spot is great whether you are having a romantic date or even for a large group. Comment: Some very delicious sushi. This might take over as our defacto sushi place. The sauces were delicious and the roll combinations were to die for. The serving size was ample and we ate 3 rolls between the 2 of us. Service was a bit slow mid-meal, but placing an order for a 3rd roll, it was made at at our table quickly.Decor is nice. Red room/Blue room. Dont be thrown by the big flashing sign out front next to the Days Inn sign.Staff was friendly and offered suggestions.We will be back again.
