Comment: Very much enjoyed the food here. I ordered a kani salad, a spicy (yellowtail, tuna and scallop) roll and then a mango Hawaii special roll. The fish tasted very fresh and even the rice for the rolls was soft, moist and even had a touch of warmth to it still, which I normally dont get, you mostly get old rice now a days. The server was quiet but very nice. The hot tea they serve too was incredible

Comment: Overall, it was a good experience! Unfortunately, the servers at the bar were not that attentive and it wasn’t until when the greeter/ manager said something, that they took my order. And he forgot to take my appetizer order so I never got that. But my sushi roll was great.I think with the server aside, it’s a really nice place and would encourage people to go!

Comment: Our waiters Justin and Winnie were such sweethearts and are who made the experience 4 stars for us. The spring rolls were tiny and mushy on the inside [not sure if it was intended that way, but even fried, Im used to being able to discern what is in my spring roll]. The sushi was ok. Its not bad, but it wasnt good either. Will give it another chance as well as the Hibachi side and see if it was a one off for sure. *they have the cutest little soy sauce containers!

Comment: First time diner place was off the beaten path so it was nice to find. We sat outside but the hibachi show inside looked spectacular from the window. Staff was very attentive since we sat down. Spicy edamame was so good. I substituted the Salmon tacos for tuna honestly it needs a hard wonton shell instead of the soft tortilla. My partner loved her ramen soup. We also enjoyed the yellowtail jalapeños. Definitely we try it again.

Comment: This place is cute to eat at after shopping at cross country. They have hibachi table or regular dining table. We choose the dining room. It was loud at the hibachi section but thats the norm for hibachi plus you smell smokey after leaving the hibachi section. Anyway we ordered land and sea and seafood platter, the difference is one has lobster both have filet mignon. King crab roll but the crab meat I think was off like imitation crab. It wasnt my favorite the eel roll was good. They needed that ginger sauce that Benihana has to bring out the best taste in the food. The voss Sparkling water was 9dollars, ridiculously over priced. Youll pay that in a fine dining restaurant but this is no fine dining 6bucks max I didnt appreciate it. No I didnt pay but I still didnt appreciate it. Our waiter Justin young lad, he didnt bring us any water I had to tell him to pour our sparkling water our hot saki was so hot that we had to wait like 7 Mins before drinking it.It well ventilated so you might need a sweater. I felt like our waiter did something to my to go box so I didnt eat that. Yes they take your plate to the back to package it to go. The food was good/hitting/bussin overall they come to your table with the credit card handheld machine you pay right there aint no sliding out of the bill pay(lol) 2 slices of gum and the end. I recommend a date there the bill was under 200 for 2 gratuity was not included which made the bill over 200. Yes We still gave Justin a decent tip.

Comment: I went to Mito Hibachi a week ago for a birthday celebration. This place is located in Cross County. It was my first time experiencing Hibachi and I can say I would gladly go back. The experience is very nice. I think the person who took care of the food was amazing and had a great personality (yes, not everyone is going to be like that). I don’t recall his name but he is great at his job. He made my family feel happy and they all enjoyed this experience. The food is great. If you go for the Hibachi experience, it’s a lot of food. I don’t eat much but if you do, you will be fine. The experience is about $30+ but everything depends on what you order. There’s is a Hibachi for kids which I found convenient if you go with kids. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I definitely recommend trying it.

Comment: This establishment is located at the Cross County Mall with plenty of free parking spots. The venue seems relatively new however upon arrival the hostess or greeter was busy on the phone and couldn’t properly greet us. She did apologize for it but had to wait until a staffer saw us waiting to be seated.The establishment had hibachi and sushi dining service. For hibachi they will seat you with your party in a horse show styled table with a grill in front of you.Their selections are limited unlike other hibachi locations. Shrimp, Chicken and steak are their only protein options.Establishment was relatively clean and servers were pretty attentive. The cook was friendly and engaging despite have only 4 people in his section.The limited menu and establishments inability to seat us is the reason for the four stars.Leftovers are properly packaged for you to take home. I do recommend this spot if you want a quick family or friend lunch or dinner.

I recommend the little bottle of strawberry Japanese Soda pop, its delicious and packed in a fun bottle. The waiter and waitress was super kind and showed so much hospitality. Our cooks name was LEE and he was the best!! Make sure you have a hefty wallet because it is a little pricy but its so worth every penny.

Comment: The place has a modern Japanese atmosphere, it is so nice! I feel like I’m at a restaurant in the city, but closer to home. The food is delicious! I had some sushi for lunch and my hubby ordered the ribs and we loved it. We will definitely keep coming back to try other things on the menu, there’s such a wide variety of Japanese food and Sake. The chefs are top notch, the flavors are very pleasing. It’s a must try, you won’t regret it.
