Comment: Food is always Fantastic at Mitsuba, I was in the mood for the Miso Sapporo Ramen, unfortunately the Rome location does not serve the dish. Soooo we ordered the Crazy Coconut Roll & Beef Nagamaki. As always they brought us the great little free sushi prior to our meal. Service is always top notch.

Comment: Im a big sushi fan and Mitsuba had some signature rolls that are different than any other sushi places Ive been. That being said, I tried 3 rolls and they were all just ok. The spicy tuna didnt have a kick and the combo of flavors in the Awesome roll wasnt balanced well. Needed to add a little yum yum sauce and eel sauce to spruce up the rolls a bit. Service was quick but not particularly attentive despite a relatively empty restaurant. However they were open when most other restaurants were not and while Ive not raved about the food, it still was a nice meal. Give it a try!

I order there quite often and have never had a bad meal.Their food tastes fresh, and its the same at the locations in Rome and New Hartford.Their signature rolls are absolutely delicious and well prepared. My favorite is the Crazy Rabbit Roll - flavorful with just the right amount of heat... Im addicted...The staff is friendly and courteous with attention to detail.I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Comment: I just ordered from Mitsuba for the first time through DoorDash and we were very impressed! The portion sizes were very generous for the money paid. The food was delicious and fresh. The warm roll we ordered was still nice and warm on arrival, the cool salad was still cold, the soup was still hot. The extras such as the sauces and salad were a great addition and palate cleanser.We will definitely be eating from here again, the value was fantastic for all the food we got. The delivery was also swift and freshness intact. Highly recommend.

Comment: Pretty tasty for small town sushi. Had the tuna, yellowtail and salmon rolls. The rolls were slightly warm and the tuna was cool, tasted fresh. Interior was also fine except for a slat missing on the salad bar.

Comment: Staff was polite and attentive. I tried the sake don - it was delicious! The salmon tasted great, rice was well cooked and seasoned, and the presentation was 10/10. I will definitely be going back!

Comment: Fantastic food! Had goat cheese in fried wontons, and the sushi deluxe. Wasnt expecting the extra roll, or the miso soup. Everything was absolutely delicious! Service was wonderful, very friendly. Came through Rome on business, looking forward to my next trip and eating here again!

Comment: I have never been disappointed with Mitsubas in Rome. Their lunch specials, particularly the hibachi meals, are very reasonably priced and will leave even the pickiest eaters satisfied. On the sushi side their range of delicacies is exquisite. From the simple piece of shashimi to the complex, decedant New Hartford roll their execution and attention to detail is second to none is the area.That being said, every visit hits my pocketbook a bit hard. Most rolls and sushi are reasonably priced for the area, but the dinner entrees break the bank and are nothing to call home about.
