Comment: Great food. Very especial place for good ramen, pho, etc. Try the KFC (KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN).Update: Jan 2024. Prices have certainly risen. Food is the same. Theres now a smoke shop attached and the smell pervades. Not a very comfortable place to eat anymore.

Lovely people working here.Easily the best chopsticks I’ve ever used at an eatery that’s not a buttondown-n-shinyshoes kind of place. I would not be insulted if they started cheating out on them in the future. They’re not amazing, just way better than I’m used to at order-at-a-counter type places.This was the first of probably a few thousand times that I’m going to have dumplings here mid-ride.I kinda want to have a second order of them.There’s a head shop next door, I just may grab something for my knee ache while I’m here.

Comment: I first went to Mitsubishi because I was craving poke bowl I got from NYC. The customized bowl is filling and affordable ($13 before tax). The bubble tea is also good. I didn’t like the ramen, broth was a bit bland for me. I haven’t tried other foods. I’ve always been able to pick up in a reasonable time minus that one time I think they had $200 order before me. That one took them 30 mins to get to my order, but I don’t blame them. Good business is steadily busy. Will try other foods if I feel adventurous enough.

All dark meat and very tough. I probably threw out 80% of the meat after not being able to chew it.Update 4-28-23:Ordered the Hawaiian again and the miso soup. I do really like this place. He had a spicy salmon and ahi tuna poke bowl and I had a grilled chicken poke bowl and they both tasted really good! We each got some fruit bubble tea and it was okay. Definitely not the best I’ve had, it just tasted very watered down and not much flavor. Both flavors tasted that way, they were passion fruit and lychee. Who knows maybe it was an off day for the teas... but the food was good and they were very nice!

The order that was supposed to go on rice went on a salad and vice versa. Of course we both started to eat before noticing. Not a huge deal, honestly, as both were delicious. Until I got a bite of cilantro. Which I HATE, that my co-worker ordered. So we called to let them know, and not only did they remake both dishes, it brought them to us. Comment: My husband and I were headed up to Syracuse to visit my stepson at LeMoyne and scouted out restaurants before we arrived. Mitsuba Ramen Noodle came up with great reviews and were always looking for good ramen. The food and the service were excellent! We got pork buns for the table...so yummy and the cucumber added perfect complementary flavor and texture to the meat. My husband and stepson got Tonkotsu Ramen w/Black Garlic Oil and I got the Sapporo Miso Ramen. The ramen were all delicious but I think my Miso broth stole the show. The eggs in the ramen soaked up so much flavor from the oils and broths and were a real highlight. They were out of Rose Milk Tea 😕 but the Coconut Milk Tea was good and they added a lot of tapioca pearls which was a bonus for me. The guys both had Passion Fruit Tea and it had great flavor too. Overall an awesome lunch and bonus that it is a mile and a half from the college...walking distance!

Comment: Ordered at counter and waited for about 10 minutes for the pager to go off to pickup the food at counter. Overall everything looked good and the taste was decent. The chicken ramen had a generous portion of tender chicken. The tonkatsu ramen had 2 pieces of pork belly. Not the most tender. Also ordered the KFC. This was decent as well. May have benefited from a little more vegetable in it. Chicken was generous size for the $5.95 price. Only real complaint was the Bubble tea. It didnt come with pearls and was not sweet enough. Other items on the menu included sushi burrito and make your own poke. We didnt try those so no comment.

Comment: Base on only order the tonkatsu ramen and korean fried chicken. One of the top ramen places in Syracuse. The tonkatsu ramen seem to be more pork base stock instead of a soy sauce base.The place seem to change owner after Covid-19. The price seem to went down by 10% but quality have went down by 25%. The pork and fried chicken seem to be premade for some time. Pork taste a little past it best by date and the fried chicken seem to be a little dry. Pork in the tonkatsu use to be the thickness of top part of the thumb. Now it is a quarter of that size. In the past they use to put vinegar favor carrot in the KFC to balance out the fried chicken but now they dont. Sadly, even with all of this, this is still one of the top ramen shop in Syracuse.

Comment: It was a good thing I went back to this place to gave it a second chance after I got dissapointed with Tonkatsu ramen 3 months ago. I rated it with 2 stars back then. I went back yesterday with my reluctant husband because we were too tired to cook and needed something warm to eat in a chilly weather and happened to be around the area. I got Tonkatsu ramen and I was glad. It seems like they listen to their customers complaints and input. This time the broth is thicker, more vegetables slices (fresh mushrooms, scallions, and bamboo shoot), and I got three slices of thicker better quality pork slices with less fat. :-) I am a happy customer now. My family and I will definitely go back again. The best ramen place in Syracuse!Thank you!

Comment: Ramen was extremely good... I would have given it 5 stars if just for the taste of the food and the service and everything. Except this time the two pieces pork belly in the soup were about half in thickness compared to all my past visits. They were very delicious but very thin... I hope the restaurant will fix this and go back to how it was before and not to save cost like this.

Comment: I came with my family and we had ramen and steamed buns. A very nice atmosphere, very clean, nice decorations, very open, not cramped at all. The ramen was very tasty, the KFC buns were very good also. Overall a pleasant place to eat. On a personal note, I thought the prices were a smudge higher than similar places but that is just my opinion.

The pork belly steamed bun was delicious and well seasoned but the pork belly wasnt tender all the way through so we had to cut it and pull.it apart before we could eat it. Only a minor critique otherwise we will definitely back.

Comment: Have dined here twice now and both times the Ramen has been excellent! Tried the tonkatsu and the spicy Miso while my wife had the shoyu paitan. All three had great flavor, noodles cooked perfectly, deep flavor with the broth and the eggs cooked perfectly as well. Very clean, quaint dining area with fantastic staff. Everyone that was working were very helpful, giving details of the food and what different items were on the menu. Absolutley recommend and we will be visiting often ourselves.
