Comment: My girlfriend and I had the most romantic dinner at Miyama! Their love boat is my literal favorite thing –10 pcs sushi, 12 pcs sashimi, 1 classic roll, and 1 special roll (the volcano roll is a 12/10!)Not only is the food delicious here, the staff is so warm and welcoming, and the vibes are immaculate — you’ll love it here!!Thank you so much, Miyama, for making our sushi dreams come true, we’re already dreaming of our next visit!!

Comment: Initially, I was hesitant about the five-star rating this place had. In my opinion, no place truly deserves a perfect score. However, after visiting, I can sincerely say this restaurant lives up to its reputation. When we arrived, we were met with a welcoming atmosphere and incredibly kind staff. We tried the salmon tartar and the salmon delight special roll, along with a couple of other special rolls which were all exceptional. Our orders were taken and served with impeccable timing, letting us enjoy each dish at a time. We spent about two hours at the restaurant, and every dish, especially the salmon delight, was top-notch. I’ll definitely return, as it’s earned my respect - a sentiment I can’t express for any other restaurant in the Bushwick/Ridgewood area. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially since it’s newly opened. Five stars!

Comment: I had an excellent dinner last night at Miyama, a new Japanese sushi and steak restaurant.As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the cool, blue lighting and the captivating wall art, creating a wonderful relaxed atmosphere.The food was equally delightful, fresh and inviting as the vibe. I started with great appetizers, followed by the surf and turf dish. A dish that features steak and lobster.Their exceptional, friendly service rounded out that perfect dining experience.

Comment: Great sushi and great service! We had the salmon sushi dinner, spider crab roll and shrimp avocado which did not disappoint. The fish was all so fresh and it was the BEST nigiri I have ever had! I will be recommending this place to everyone and I’m jealous of anyone who is a local and gets to make this their weekly spot ❤️

Comment: The cheesecake tempura is delicious! It was my first time trying it, and it was fantastic. The takoyaki is good, but there arent enough octopus bits. I’ve ordered the chicken teriyaki with egg fried rice and it was great too! The shrimp tempura roll came in a small container, but I think getting bigger containers would be wonderful just so that everything isn’t squeezed inside.

Comment: My favorite Japanese place in all of New York literally everything is good here and worth the money. Also, you would never expect it from a sushi place but the David’s burger is so so good such good quality just like everything else. I moved to Maryland and still miss it so much I had to write a review.
