The atmosphere was zen (this is to the restaurants right--where dining and diners are low key-- Theres karaoke to the left... [Oh My--]); the sushi was freakin DELICIOUS!!! Comment: Tried Nomiya last night for dinner in Roosevelt field mall near Havana central. The decor & service was great. The waitress was very engaged & made suggestions based on our questions. The bar area was nice & easily accessible from the parking lot. The food was tasty & the spice for the harami fried rice was just right based on our waitress’s recommendation. We also had the beef teriyaki which was great as well. The appetizers were delicious as well we had the wings & shrimp gyoza. The price to the portion ratio isn’t a lot so if you’re looking for a lot of food you may be disappointed. Price for 3 people sharing 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 1 mock-tail sparkling water & a fever root ginger drink was great at $120 including tip.I would rate it as follows:Price to food-3/5Decor-4/5Food-5/5Service-5/5

They had a great lunch box I think I seen on the menu but we decided to do La Carte. Ordered a bunch a things, service was amazing and fast. Comment: I come here at least once per week. It’s a cute, intimate sushi restaurant located in Roosevelt Field mall. The menu is not big, but the food, drinks and staff are amazing. You get to know and meet everyone. It’s a nice spot for a date or to meet with your girlfriends.

Comment: Came here with my friend and they had karaoke night. I thought it would be awkward but the attitude of the staff made the atmosphere so easy to make new friends and have fun. The food quality was amazing, less rice on the sushi (tuna roll) just how I like it. Had the sea bass and it melted in my mouth like butter. Loved the vibes and food. Will come here again.

Comment: My fiancé and I were restaurant hopping; decided to have a fat day together in small portions ❤️.The happy hour sign captured our attention. When you walk in, its like ending the secret garden. Theres a beautiful bar to the left of entry, clean and cute bathrooms to the right (and dining room we did not see). Also to the left are small tables an entrance you can enter from outside (as well as tables for outdoor dining).The waitress was cordial and processed our food and tea in a timely manner. I loveeee the tea pots. Everything was delightful and delicious.My only complaint is borderline; it could go either way-- it was that we received a little too much attention as if we were being watched, but perhaps, it was just good service, who knows. My fiancé and I left and went across to Morini, which is also a delicious choice with great ambiance. Well dine at Nomiya again--quite possible.

Mia is extremely sweet as are the rest of the staff. The sushi was extremely fresh. We also got Gyoza and it was delicious. The Miso soup is my new favorite. Comment: Sometimes I just need a spicy tuna over crispy rice fix, and Nomiya hits the spot. Perfect balance of solid staples (yellowtail jalapeno, rock shrimp, shishito) and yummy innovations (spicy tuna avocado bomb, sake-tinis). Will definitely be back - their sushi, sashimi, and most importantly wasabi quality are A1. I also love how so many dishes are topped with beautiful microgreens. Generous portions, high quality cuts, and super fresh!!!
