You walk in, pick up a laminated copy of their menu and a dry-erase marker and mark your choices. Hand it over at the counter, a minute later get your bowl, either for here or to go. I ate there twice. The idea of Korean - American influence is nice (although I struggle to identify it as Korean, even though they call themselves this way, to me it is more like American with Japanese flavors). A medium size bowl costs about $14-15 and has plenty of food in it. The only downside that I found is that the taste is fairly blant. A double or triple amount of source could improve the flavor significantly. I also liked that they use paper bags rather than plastic.

I just think they could be a little more generous with the proteins. In my opinion, the bowls are very carb heavy and lack the protein to balance it out. I also highly recommend AGAINST the quinoa; it is rather bitter and doesnt really taste good. For the best flavor and texture experience I recommend the white rice or brown rice (or both). For first timers looking for a fish bowl: Chef Yuns Favorite. If youre looking for a cooked meat bowl, you cant go wrong with the Seoul Beef Bulgogi Bowl.Be sure to ask for the loyalty card if ur not offered one! For each bowl you buy you get a stamp on the card. Once you reach 10 bowls/stamps you get one for free. Enjoy!

Comment: I tried poke twice at another brand. First time, during my Las Vagas trip and then nearby Columbus circle in NYC. I disappointed in my experience so I thought poke is not good tasty food. But Red Poke is different totally. Their food are Very fresh and healthy. Especially I really like Tuna at this store. How they use such good tuna with this price? And you have to try Kimchi bulgogi bun! This one is amazing. And last thing, red cap guys are so kind!!

Comment: Ive been to quite a few poke places and this definitely tops them all. From the moment I walked in someone walked over to me to give me a run down of the menu. Their menu has options for both cold and warm bowls with a wide array of proteins and addons. Both the quality of food and service were superb!
