Comment: Very nice!I took my mom here for her birthday dinner and we had a nice time.For drinks, we both had boba tea, my mom mango and me green apple. Some of the tastiest drinks I ever had. For our food my mom had the shrimp udon noodles and she really enjoyed them. I had the crunch roll and for dessert I had deep fried cheese cake, my mom was too full to have any. Though we did split the sweet potato fries and the tako yaki for appetizers. All of which were very good, I’m a very picky eater so I was glad to try all these things and enjoy them!Our server who was also the manager was super nice and took very good care of us.The interior is very pretty and peaceful. I find it interesting that the inside looks bigger then it does on the outside.We had a very nice time here at Ruyi Sushi, so for anyone who likes sushi and Asian cuisine, and for anyone who wants to give it a go, this is a great place to eat at:)

Comment: Tried this place for the first time, ordered online and it was ready super fast! Done in 10 minutes plus its so good! Im a huge sushi-fanatic so Ive tried sushi from alotttt of places. This is definitely the best sushi in Watertown area. The rolls are well filled with fresh fish & veggies, not overfilled with rice & good prices! Highly recommend ! Ill be coming here for sushi now :) I got the eel & avocado, Cali, & philly roll.

Excellent service, very swift in completing orders through Beyond Menu app. My favorites are the coconut seafood chowder, crunch wrap, kani rolls (spicy and regular!), and shrimp tempura roll. Comment: We have eaten here about 4 times whenever we go through Watertown. It is one of the few restaurants in this area that I get consistently good sushi. The restaurant itself is well appointed and the food is beautifully presented. I have an issue with their green tea which is a teabag served in a teacup that does not dissipate the heat so you cannot pick up the tea to drink until it has cooled off. There was recently a waitperson who shuffled in his boots which made it sound like Bigfoot was walking around the restaurant. Otherwise, wait staff also have been consistently good.

Comment: I was skeptical at first, as there arent a lot of well rated restaurants in the area that Ive found so far. Being new to the area, Im sure that will change, but I havent been impressed so far. This place is the exception. Everything was fantastic, they accommodated my request for a modification on the bubble tea, and there was a great selection on the menu. This is a spot my husband and I will come back to frequently.

Comment: You dont really expect to find a good sushi restaurant in this part of the country, but it is very good. The outside of the building doesnt look like much but the inside is nice and not overdone. The sushi tastes very fresh and well prepared. Its not a fancy place, just good food at about standard prices for a sushi restaurant.

Comment: What a treat to have fresh handrolls in the Watertown area! Ruyi features very fresh and delicious ingredients, skilled and friendly staff, and beautiful dining room for such an unassuming store front. I highly recommend this restaurant for takeout, despite the speed of completed orders quality is never compromised, and they accept online orders! A hidden gem of the north country.
