Comment: Honestly the best ayce sushi deal around.I got the dinner menu and I tried a little bit of everything, all the fish was fresh and everything was pretty well made, idk if this was just cuz it was kinda slow when I was there. Im kinda used to some places that kinda just slap stuff together quickly, My only gripes is that they limit you to 2 pieces of uni and the yakitori was too tough and not very juicy. Staff is also friendly and helpful if you got issues or diet concerns.

Comment: This place has changed drastically since I last went. They now impose a time limit, the staff is extremely rude and of course the price has gone up for the same quality of food. Try not to come by car because it is in near impossible to get a parking spot anywhere.

Comment: Very good sushi (place is always busy, and has a wait time at the times). I dont think all you can eat is a good value. Weve previously ordered pickups and it was enough food for two and it turned out to be cheaper with food left over. Other than that sushi are always fresh and well prepared.

Comment: New Edit: that have significantly improved the quality of their sushi, since my earlier review I have gone back several times and they have improved the freshness and quality of the food. Would recommend for a pleasant ayce experience.Old review: Pleasant service and is good that they limit the number of people in the restaurant at one time but the food was not edible anymore. Used to be awesome and may be again but for now risky.

Comment: All you can eat sushi! Kinda 1 hour time limit. Food was fast and most of it was decent. Along with cold shrimp tempura rolls but yea what u gonna do. I guess u cant have it all. Service was quick and efficient. Atmosphere was kinda loud, confined space, but who needs to hear what your friend is saying when ur busy strategizing how to shove ur face with sushi BABY!!

Comment: I like this AYCE sushi place in Bensonhurst. Theres lunch ($19.99) and a dinner option ($27ish? Please check beforehand). Ive only done lunch and find theres enough options to satisfy me. Lunch has nigiri, rolls, appetizers like tempura, udon, teriyaki, katsu, soups, edamame, etc. You get a pen with a couple of menus to check off what you want. The sushi is made fast and taste totally fine. Its only one hour of AYCE time, and youll get charged for unfinished eats. Pretty crowded at opening time, so if you have to wait theres all of 86th at to explore before coming back. Near the train at Bay Parkway and the B1 bus. Parking is kinda hard on weekends, look for side streets or the meters.

Comment: Been going to this place for many years now. The staff has an incredible work ethic, the food is consistently at a good level. Lots of options to choose from, not just sushi but other Japanese items as well. Prices have gradually been raised over the years and they have a soft rule of a 1 hour time limit since covid hit, but its still worth every penny and the food is phenomenal for an all you can eat buffet.

Comment: Good all you can eat sushi is arguably rather hard to find in NYC. Sake Sushi is worth the trip this far into Brooklyn for the lunch deal alone. It costs about $20 per person and you get unlimited sushi rolls, including speciality rolls, as well as an array of cooked appetizers and mains. There is an hour limit to this deal but the staff is fairly relaxed about the policy. Overall, it’s totally worth checking out and a great place for a sushi date that doesn’t break the back or a fun spot for a friendly gathering. Just be aware that service can be a little slow and there will likely be a wait given the popularity of the restaurant.

Comment: Its all you can eat sushi, which is not common because of the high of the pandemic. Coming around an 8pm weekday, I was told there was 30 minutes to wait for a table but it got cut down to 15 by the time they were ready.FYI: its about 30$per person and youre given 1 hour for dinner. Each person is given a checklist of the options to order from, and a sushi list detailing whats in the sushi. Since we were a group of 4, we put how many orders of dishes we wanted on 1 paper. The food came out quickly and was super delicious. The multiple rolls/ sashimi were plated, along with the hot food . We didnt have enough table space so we had to finish the food on the table to get rid of empty dishes lolYou would think the 1 hour isnt enough, but it was enough with the food ordered.

Comment: Great! Ive been coming here for more than 5 years at this point. The main highlight of Sake is the cheap all you can eat price for the tasty and wide selection of food. The menu is pretty big. The day-round dinner menu has a bigger catalogue, though, so its worth it to pay a bit extra for it.I have not been coming to Sake as often as pre-pandemic, but recently, I have experienced consistent issues of the staff losing orders and other similar problems, likely due to staff changes. 4 stars because of this.

Comment: I have been eating sushi for many years now and consider myself a connoisseur. Sushi here is not too bad for all you can eat sushi 🍣 . I was a little disappointed that the eel is served cold. I like broiled and piping hot it has a much better flavor when its hot. Also the dancing eel usually come with ell and cream cheese there dancing ell came with spicy salmon instead of cream cheese. It wasnt bad just not what i was expecting. Other then that I enjoyed the sushi. Its definitely worth the money for all you can eat after taxes it came out to $33.00. I would definitely reccomend eating there. Comment: My name is Henry and I dined here with three of my other friends: Jia, Philip, and Bill on Saturday, October 23, 2021. We arrived at approximately 9:30PM, leaving us only 30 minutes to eat. However, the manager and waiters continued to serve us way past their hours without any complaint which is something we appreciated deeply. Me and my friends ordered a bit too much, resulting in having to take-out. The manager informed us that we were allowed to take out without having to pay so we thanked them. The exhaust from overeating and lateness of the time caused us to forget paying tips. However, none of us realized we didnt pay tips until after we were heading home. Now, we live quite far from Sake so theres not much we can do except leave them a 5-star review for having good people. We left at 10:40PM

Comment: (This is for people who are dining in for dinner) If you have a lot of people that are hungry, choose the all you can eat sushi buffet option. If you are only eating by yourself (or with one other person) and want to eat a light meal, it might be cheaper to not choose the all you can eat sushi buffet option and just order individual food items. The sushi and the other food items ordered were between decent and good. The customer service and food delivery were relatively decent as well. Although, in my experience, the first plate of eel/california roll sushi that was ordered took quite a while to arrive compared to later food orders.

Comment: The prices have gone up a lot, but Im actually pretty happy that they did that.Right after the pandemic, the AYCE was pretty depressing because they only gave miniature portions.Standards are finally back to how they were before the pandemic.Even with the price increase, youre not going to find a better deal for a la carte Japanese cuisine anywhere else.Of course, now that its back to normal the wait for a table is pretty nuts lolAs usual though, if you come right as it opens on a weekday, it tends to be completely empty

Comment: I want to leave a review just to update the current policies in place. There is dine-in seating, but they only allow an hour. Its in big ol letters right at the top of the menu, so its be pretty hard to miss. The food was EXCELLENT, this might be the best sushi Ive had? It was a shame that I couldnt go for a round 2 on their all-you-can-eat. This was partly on I was stuffed to the gills from round 1 but also because I felt like Id never get the food in the time. They were quite busy when I went, so this wasnt due to Slow Staff, if anything they were doing a bang up job.

I don’t recommend the udon noodles it’s a bit doughy in a sense. But everything else is amazing. The fishes in the sushi didn’t smell. The salmon rolls tasted like butter 🧈. I recommend the salmon rolls and shrimp tempura they were personally my favorite. Just one small thing about the employees did kind of watched very hard and hover above you which can be little annoying because you want to relax and eat. Last time I went there, they gave me very annoyed look when I requested two items at 50mins. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. Comment: Sake Sushi is the place to have dinner of great sushi and to be full for the next 7 days. We went at Sunday night and the waiting list was around an hour, the price was 21.50$/ person plus taxes. They are trying hard to keep safe by taking every customers temperature at the door. The food is always good and fresh, all what you can eat is included in that price. The service need to be more professional and friendly but the experience is worth it overall. Comment: Great sushi deals. All you can eat for lunch which is about less than 15$. As for dinner it’s less than 20$. Food is great, comes quickly. The only downside is it’s always packed so there’s zero space to move around. You’re literally on top of each other. Plus the waiters don’t really speak English. I tried to tell them I wanted a cup of ice but they kept bringing me water. After the 5th time I gave up asking for ice. Overall good place to eat with reasonable prices.

Comment: Most popular and populated All You Can Eat sushi place for miles. Fresh fish all the countless times I went there. Dinner menu has more selections but I go there for the cheaper All You Can Eat lunch menu for 15 dollars. Its a small joint so you will most likely sit next to strangers. They dont do reservations over the phone so get there early if you can. If youre not there when it opens and you have a large group, get someone to go early and talk to the people behind the counter inside to reserve a spot.

Comment: Had good fun in a lively atmosphere and delicious, made-to-order food and....$20.00 ALL YOU CAN EAT!! Took a good friend from NJ for dinner and she was wowed by the quality. Be prepared to wait as this place is often crowded, if not packed---I am not one to wait but this place is worth it---or come early or during the week!

Comment: Food here was great. Price was cheap for an all-you-can-eat and with the variety of sushi available, worth it. We weren’t able to sample the sake because of minimum drinking age limits but the customers around us seemed to enjoy it. The service was quick and very nice. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the mood to stuff yourself silly!

Comment: Love & hate relationship. Love the AYCE buffet for a good price. Food tastes fresh. Teriyaki salmon is my favorite! Just hate how crowded it gets and youre basically eating directly next to another party. Also, sat next to the sushi counter some times and saw unhygienic practices with workers. But its OK! With their prices, I will close one eye! Lol

Generally busy, so you may wait occasionally, but well worth it, and the wait is usually never more than a few mins.If your visiting this wonderful little nabe towards the south end of Brooklyn, this is a must try if you enjoy sushi. Is it accurate to the traditional Japanese sense of the food? Who am I to even ask that question, and where would one begin?Salmon Skin Salad and rolls is always a fav.Enjoy

Comment: Go here if you are broke, such great price for a sushi buffet I came here all the time when I was a student and have no income. It is going to be really tight fit but it is to be expected, but the food comes out so quickly it is unbelievable. If you are going on the weekend or holiday, I suggest arriving around 5 or 5 30, or else you probably have to wait 1-2 hours for the food.

But the food is a 5 out of 5. The food is really fresh and really nice not to much rice on the sushi so you wont get full from the rice fast. They also have soups salads fancy sushi and Japanese pasta as well. I think I found me new sushi spot.

Comment: Sake Sushi is THE place to go for AYCE sushi in Brooklyn. At $14 per person for lunch and $20 for dinner, I dont think you can find any other place that lets you stuff yourself as much as you want at this price.Food is acceptable - dont expect anything high end or gourmet here, the sushi here is about quantity not quality.Be prepared to wait especially during peak hours as this place is always full. Service is acceptable, they get the job done.Space is very very cramped with little leg room and table space. You will also probably be sitting near other people due to their tables all being adjacent to each other. For the price of a meal at McDonalds, I would say its worthwhile.

Just fill out the paper and hand it to the server, eat till your stomach bursts!! The only downside of $13 for all you can eat sushi is that the fish used may not be the highest of quality and sometimes tastes old.

Comment: Great food, good all-you-can eat price. But very, very overcrowded. If youre going on a weekend, maybe call ahead first. We had to wait half an hour for a table, but during that time, we got to fill out the menu sheet so that saved time. Its not like a standard buffet, where you can get the food yourself. You just fill out the menu sheet as often as you want and the waiter brings you the food. But you have to pay for leftover food. Besides soy sauce, we were also given spicy mayo and another spicy sauce. I would definitely go here again because I love to sample a lot of different sushi in small amounts (regular rolls still come in 6s or 8s, but our group shared them)

Comment: This place is an all you can eat (AYCE) sushi buffet. It was awesome! For starters, I had the dinner price (18.95) and a Sprite, with tax and tip, it came out to an even $25. The wait time was 15 minutes for a group of 4 around 7:30. The place is crowded and loud!!! Keep that in mind, the atmosphere is not for dates or meetings!!The restaurant was clean to my knowledge, as were the floors and tables. The plates the food came in were cleaned, and there is no presentation of the food. You get what you order. They have a rule: you must pay for any leftover food! I personally am okay with it, this way you dont waste food. But keep this in mind if youre going to go to this place to try new foods. If you dont like it, youre going to have to eat it anyways!Lastly, service was quick. The orders were filled correctly, and the sushi was good sushi. Not great sushi, not bad sushi either, but good average sushi. Theyre not stingy with the fish, but do put a little extra rice in the rolls.Recommendations: Philadelphia roll, clear soup, smoke salmon sushi, white tuna, tuna, salmon sushi, egg sushi, quail egg sushi, and tuna Naruto.Stuff you might want to stay away from: spring rolls, anything with roe, and anything with beef! All in all, great place. Recommend for cheap sushi in an all you can eat fashion. Groups are okay but you might have some wait time. Luckily, many dessert and bubble tea places in the neighborhood.

Comment: The quality of fish are almost always consists with its price, in other words, dont expect to get the best quality fish here, not in this price. However, if you are looking for a place that can safely eat as much sushi as you want, and also not too picky about the quality, this restaurant is a good choice. A lot of choices, nothing noticeably bad, maybe except urchin. I actually like the deep fried oyster. Services are fast.

Comment: This all you can eat sushi restaurant is always crowded but service doesnt suffer from this. You fill out a piece of paper of what you would want to eat and give it to a passing waiter/waitress. Theres not much interaction with the wait staff other than that. Your food comes fairly quickly regardless of how packed and busy the place is. Sushi is pretty fresh but the fried/hot foods are a hit or a miss. Comment: Great sushi for your money, especially at the cost for Lunch. Unlimited sushi, great taste, and very good for group gatherings. Dinner nets you some more special rolls. The waiters are very rushed though, so dont expect anything more than your food arriving at your table. Highly recommended if youre in Brooklyn. However, keep in mind that the place gets incredibly crowded and that you may find yourself cramped for room or sharing a table with other people. Comment: As much as I want to give this restaurant a 3 star. I simply cant because the value of this all you can eat sushi buffet is simply unbeatable. The presentation and taste of the rolls wont be winning any awards but this should be acceptable in made to order sushi buffets. The chefs are rushing to get rolls out quickly and they are too busy to worry about perfection because this place is usually very packed. Just to be clear, the food does in fact taste good. The ingredients taste fresh enough. Avocados in the special rolls are pretty, but not always ripe. Service from servers can be a lot better or more professional, but Im basing it off Western restaurant mannerisms VS Asian restaurants mannerisms. A.k.a you had your thumb in my miso soup as you carried it out to me, saw me notice, but still dont seem to care.Selection of sushi are fair. You wont be bored with the selection. The hot appetizers are tasty and come out quickly. And the price is unbeatable.

I remember coming here since hs. Their customer service sometimes can be bad but its not terrible. Other than the long waits during busy hours, this is a good place to stop by for lunch. This review would take years to finish if i went through all the good stuff. Theres only a couple of cons for Sake. Most of its spicy anythinh rolls will always be packed with panko, some people like it but i hate it. Also the sea urchin sushi is a bit gross here. Cant really think about anything else bad here.

Comment: I eat here pretty frequently, and its a really good value for the price. You will have to wait for a table if you come at peak hours, on the weekend, or with a big group, but its usually worth the wait. The service is pretty decent, you wont have a dedicated waiter, you just hand your sheet (where you indicate what rolls you want and how many) to whoever passes by. The rolls themselves are delicious and there is also a good selection of appetizers if you have that one friend that doesnt eat sushi. I would definitely recommend coming here if youre in the mood to pig out.

The food on the other hand is good quality sometimes even better than other local places. I try to go at least once every other week. The service needs an upgrade. There are two waiters who we are always really happy to get :) I wish I knew their names. Im going to ask next time because I always go with a big group and they do an excellent job. I would give them 5 stars, but since I have had bad experiences so 4 it is. Maybe if the good outweighs the bad Ill eventually change it to 5. :DTip: The dinner buffet is soooo worth it because their specialty rolls are soo good, especially the tiffany roll. Also you need to order their kani salad. Ive had it at other sushi places and theirs is the best.

Comment: The best AYCE sushi restaurant in Brooklyn. It is very cheap too, less than $20 a person for dinner. Even cheaper for lunch. Yes, you do get less selection for the lower price compared to others in Queens and Long Island, but you cant possibly eat that much and get your monies worth. So for Sake, the value is excellent and also very delicious. So do tons of other people as there is always a wait outside when other sushi places next door are empty.

Comment: This is my new favorite (past 4 months) go to budget sushi restaurant. You have a good variety of food choices from the hot menu and the sushi menu. The place is always busy and packed, which means the food is always fresh (however you may have to wait to be seated during the very busy hours, especially with large parties). Also its a bit tight, so if youre a little bigger bodied, the seating experience may not be so nice.I love the food quality, and its been a good experience most times. The biggest problem is that the service is not so great, their main goal is to get you seated and out as quickly as possible. You will notice after your first two orders or so, they deliberately take a very long time to bring extra orders out. This is not a coincidence, so you should not be surprised with a 20 min or even longer wait for food orders past the first or second (even when you do not order a large amount). Otherwise if youre not in a rush, and youre there to socialize and enjoy good food, its a great place to go!

Comment: Pay one price all you can eat sushi...And its good. A lot of choices and good quality. But be warned - the place is small so its very tight, tables right on top of each other. And being that its small, its pretty loud so if youre looking for quiet intimacy then do not come here. We went on a Friday night at primetime 7:00ish and there was a decent wait, half hour. But the reason the place is packed is because its good food at a good price so there you go, enjoy...

Comment: Looking for good cheap sushi, and lots of it? Well, this is certainly a gem.Went here once with a few friends.Sushi is good, not amazing, anything is generally good, especially the spider roll, those are extra good. For the other side of the menu I would recommend the Hand Rolls and the Mussels. Didnt like the katsu as much, thats my personal opinion, I thought they were too dry on the inside, even with the sauce.Service was good, they messed up a few orders and gave us someone elses order, we didnt realize until we ordered our next plate and it was missing a few obvious things, but thats normal with sushi buffets. The place gets really crowded at night, so beat rush hour, come just a bit early, maybe 6 or 7.Overall a good experience, had some good food and great laughs. Again its a buffet, go when youre on the brink of death, it makes the food taste so much more better.
