Comment: I missed Sarku Japan. The chicken teriyaki was great, although the noodles could use some work. The bathrooms being mostly out of order didnt help matters, but the staff was friendly enough.Overall a good experience, especially if you need a quick bite.

Comment: I ordered chicken teriyaki and it was cooked a little to well done and chopped up too fine . Even though I ask for it to be chopped up.I went back to the manager and the two brothers were nice and amazing to get this resolved.The cook made me a new plate with no argument and the cook was so nice to understand.These young men are so nice running this restaurant. If your food is not right bring your order back with receipt to get a refund or a new order because they are good at customer service and resolving the problem.May God keep blessing and protecting them.

Comment: The company menu is simple but tastefully effective. This was my first time at this location. The CDC guidelines was followed. The food was great. I had the popular number one combo with the spring rolls. I ended up return the next day for the same meal and a tray with just the meat. The prices are extremely reasonable and i recommend this location to everyone. I am not sure the condition of their Green Arces Mall location. This was my first time eating here in 2 years (living in California).

Comment: I came here expecting a run of the mill overpriced Japanese themed restaurant but was honestly suprised.The person taking my order was friendly and cheerful when taking my order. I was handed a buzzer and asked to wait. The wait was not long and I was able to see my food get cooked.What I really like is that the bento box was perfectly portioned. It was exactly enough fpr the price it was (some swear its a tad expensive). The food was nice and hot; just ready to be eaten by myself.The box was clean and organized. None of the sauce or sushi was misplaced. It was professionally made and was a pleasure to eat.I highly recommend this place if you want to sit down and enjoy Japanese food. I appreciate the staff and the atmosphere this place provides.
