Comment: This place has Korean and Japanese cuisine (mostly sushi for Japanese with some Habachi options, while most of the menu had Korean dishes). I went with my family, we are a mix of guten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian peoples, and the staff did accommodate each one of us. Overall (the portions were HUGE) amazing food with authentic choices and seasonings. However there is room to improve for providing more vegetarian or vegan friendly options!

We ordered edamame and an Amsterdam sushi roll to hold us over until our entrees were ready, but the service was very fast and the portions were bigger than we expected!And if you tell them what food allergies you have, they can modify many of their dishes for you. They brought me gluten free soy sauce too! What a great place to eat, were definitely coming back during our next trip to Syracuse!

Comment: Consistently good! Have visited a couple times for sushi. They are averagely priced for a sushi place. Amazingly, they have half price deals on Wednesdays, which is SOOO worth it. High quality food for cheap. I would recommend the Super Dragon Roll.The atmosphere is nice with low lighting. The servers are very kind and its easy to grab someone at anytime for help. Dining area is perfect size - not too big, not too small.I also love how theres an Asian food store right next door. You can do so much at one stop!The $20/bottle of wine promo is so smart around Valentines day.

Comment: If youre a sushi lover!! Half off sushi on Mondays and Wednesdays, so of course I stopped by and ate some fresh various sushi rolls and a nice glass of plum wine...it was divine! It gets packed on these days, so sit at the bar if youre going solo like I did... you get to watch the awesome sushi chefs prepare rolls in front of you! Ive heard great things about the other food options, and will be back to try those!

Comment: Hidden gem, the only Korean Barbecue place that i have found in North Western New York. It has delicious Sam Gyup Sal. Secret Garden has chinese, Japanese, and Korean menu items, from food, to beer/saki/soju, to desserts.I highly recommend making the trip. The restaurant/bar shares a wall with an asian market, that has a very wide selection of food and other items, i stopped in to get chips i used to eat in Korea.

Comment: My friend and I have been coming to this spot almost every week for over a year now. Its easily our favorite place to grab lunch or dinner. Whether we come on a cold day for some spicy soup, quick sushi, hibachi, or craving chicken and soju.They have a large menu with options for just about anyone. Its easy to find a meal according to anyones diet choices. Ive loved everything Ive tried. You get a large portion for what you pay for as well. Ive had meals for a couple nights from leftovers Ive taken home.Monday and Wednesday is also sushi night and can easily be packed, but you cant beat the price and the quality.We love the staff! They are very kind and always attentive. They make our visits 10x more enjoyable.I plan get togethers for our friends to catch up, and Ive chosen this place I believe four times for our dinner meet up before we head out for other activities. So its great for large groups as well.In more simple terms the food is delicious, always fresh, with a lot of options for everyone. Along with a great staff. Really happy we stumbled upon this spot.

If you do that the service is good and the food is delicious! Meals tend to come out faster than sushi so make sure you arent hangry when your friends meal lands and you still have to wait :-P

I recommend this place for groups than alone. The price is not cheap and you better not visit everyday on a student budget but a couple of times a week should be fine.

Comment: I love eating here. Ive been here only twice because I live about 1.5h away in Rochester. But when I really crave for korean food, definitely worth the trip. So far the service has been good and food came out quickly. I enjoyed every bit of food that came out. I went in about 30min before their closing time but they seated me quickly and when I was eating even after their closing time, the server patiently waited for me to finish. I really enjoyed the time here and definitely I will be back here again soon!

The reason this isnt 5 stars (and I considered giving it 3) is that they are consistently slow. Sometimes its just a bit slower than you might expect. Sometimes, like last night, it takes Two. Full. Hours. to get our food, eat (rapidly, and in silence, because we were starving) and get out. They seemed overwhelmed by the dinner rush-- but since this has happened to us several times before, I dont feel too sympathetic.Go there for the tasty food, but clear your schedule first, and bring your patience.

Comment: I went here on a recent trip. I cannot state this enough but based on the food I ordered I was completely taken back on how good the food was and the portion size given. I couldnt even finish it all (had to get a box to take back). I had the Hae Mool Pah Jeon (an appetizer that was huge) and Kimchee Je Yook Bok Geum (also huge). This was my first time of eating Korean food but I could tell how the food was fresh and cooked perfectly. I was also given three small sides with the main meal. Also good. Last I had the most amazing tasting desert of fried mochi green tea ice cream. It was so good...almost too good. The place has a decent look. Towards the end I talked to waitress about why I came and how much I liked the food. She smiled and told me about how in Korea Kimchee is eaten with other food regularly. Coming here and then to have Hans market next door to see made this trip special.

Comment: After living in South Korea for a year, Korean food has become one of my favorites! Coming back to the US, it is difficult to find a restaurant that has such a large menu. From ddeokbokki to kimbap to jap chae, this restaurant is delicious and then options are vast. With a menu page dedicated to vegetarian and vegan options, this worked well for me, too! Add the Korean market and norebang (karaoke) bar in the same plaza, and youve got the makings of a great night!
