Comment: If you’re looking for Ramen on a rainy day this winter look no further! I love coming here when I’m looking for a quick hefty pick me up. The Karage Chicken is always a must paired with a hot Sake.The Miso Ramen is a great dish for those who do not like pork broth soups. It comes with a spicy chili paste that is the right amount of quick to the dish.Great for groups, catching up with a friend or dining solo.The staff are always friendly!

Comment: I am not usually one to leave a review but this place deserves recognition. I have been here a few times and it never disappoints.My sister and I enjoyed dinner tonight and it was our best dining experience while she has been in town visiting. The food is phenomenal and it’s some of the best service in the city.Such a gem in the neighborhood!

The seafood pancake was a little bland (but easily fixed by dipping in the accompanying dipping sauce), but the issue was that the pieces of seafood were huge, which made it a bit hard to manipulate the slices, and you would end up with crumbs.The Beef Galbi was really good and was my favorite item from the dinner, highly recommended.Some friends have mentioned that they had had long wait times for their food while eating here, although this wasnt my experience. The food came promptly, although we ordered at around 9 PM, after “rush hour.”

Comment: Outstanding! Delicious food, charming service and a comfortable room. We had lunch for 6, sitting at a long family table in the center of the room. We had a couple hot pot bimbubop, a Bulgogi, a salmon sashimi bowl and steamed shumai, all delicious and handsomely plated.Service was very hospitable. I must note that my lunch came with miso soup - when my husband asked if he would get miso soup also, and no, it didnt come with his meal, the waiter brought a bowl right out. And, its very good miso soup, too, a clear note of dashi.We visited after a visit to the Prospect Park Zoo, so dont live in the neighborhood. If we did we would make Slow Loris a regular.So good.

Comment: I ordered takoyaki and salmon mango roll. The takoyaki was very good, hot when it was first served, molten in the middle and crispy on the outside. The Salmon mango roll had a lot of fresh cucumber and could’ve used a bit more sauce of some kind, but very good quality.

Comment: Food was great I had a shrimp tempura roll, the Roll was a bit on the wide side & hard to fit in my mouth but it was great none the less. The service wasnt good I sat for 20 mins after I ate looking around for my waitress then when she finally came she just brought my bill without asking if I wanted anything else

Comment: YUMMY! YUMMY!! I haven’t had sushi since overseas and their sushi was so scrumptious! I had their wings plain so I can try all their sauces. I recommend trying every sauce for the wings. They were all so delicious! Pao Buns were a must have as an appetizer too. I recommend going with a group of people and trying as much as possible because everything tasted so scrumptious!

Comment: Slowloris is a small relaxing cozy restaurant with a nice vibe to it. Located in Flatbush I think this is an amazing spot to grab lunch or diner after going through prospect park or to the zoo or the botanical garden. I placed my order 3 apatizers and after receiving them I wanted to order 3 main dishes the waitress told us that it would be a lot of food something we really appreciated and instead just ordered 2. Apart from great service the food was amazing everything was fresh and cooked by 2 chefs at the front of the store open for everyone to see. Amazing food service and environment.

Comment: I took Tofu Kimchi and would like to say its delicious ... also tried noodle- Japche and for me there was a lot of meat and not enough vegetables but overall very tasty .. next time I will ask for more vegetables .. a very interesting taste of green tea ... I try this for the first time)))) friendly staff, so I recommend 😎

Comment: Fast service, delicious food but the only critiques I have is the overpriced apps and the fact that their kimchi scallion pancake is entirely deep fried which makes it loose it’s flavor. Otherwise a decent, scrumptious spot for the neighborhood.

Comment: Absolutely delicious sushi (seemed super fresh), ramen and other Japanese/Korean dishes. The kimchi fried rice was different to anything I’ve tried before and had the perfect tangy-spicy balance. Only downside is they don’t seem to have a liquor license, but the green teas were perfect and warming on a rainy evening.

Comment: It was December of 2018 and I stumbled into Slow Loris seeking refuge from the cold and to quench my insatiable hunger for sushi. It was late afternoon and there was a slight trickle of rain outside. I was immediately greeted and offered an opportunity to sit anywhere in the dining room. The place was empty with only one other customer sitting near the window. I sat closed to the bar and proceeded to try a few items including the calamari, sashimi combo and a miso soup to warm my belly. Everything tasted delicious and the service was prompt and polite. When I got my tab I thought to myself how expensive sushi can be over other cuisines. And that is the reality of Slow Loris in Brooklyn.
