Both times the portions of the food were so small that I was still hungry . It was like a sample in my opinion. Usually restaurants give u more rice than protein but they are as stingy with both.. Comment: I don’t usually write reviews but being this is my favorite place to eat, the owners and staff here deserve it.I’ve been all around the tri-state area looking for my favorite ramen and I can say for certain Suki has it. I’ve had their hibachi as well and it is top notch, but it’s almost impossible for me to come here and not get the Tonkatsu, as they easily have the best pork belly around. I’ve shown many friends and family this place and they also agree it’s the best ramen they’ve had.Definitely a hidden gem when you find such quality in such a small and usually quiet place. I honestly can’t wait for this pandemic to be over to be able to enjoy a bowl here again haha it’s one of the things I’m looking forward to the most.

Comment: Really awesome Japanese restaurant. I had a beef ramen and the broth was really savory and beef was extremely tender and practically melted in your mouth. Staff was very kind and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Comment: We’ve been looking to upgrade our ramen for a while now, saw this place passing by and I will say it’s pretty damn good. Service was great and the ramen was a large bowl, plenty of meat and add ins. Kind of a small area so I’d recommend a reservation for anything 4 or more people.

Comment: Awesome.. I love everything Ive tasted here.. We usually dont do too much take out. Maybe once every month. We love to cook at home. Once we had their food, we kept going back to get more everyday. Soba noodles with peanut sauce and bok choy with spicy ginger sauce on the side is one of my favorites. My husband gets hibachi take out and it tastes delicious even by the time we get home. The jicama salad is so fresh. The staff are so nice. You should definitely try this wonderful little restaurant. Only about 20 or so seats so be mindful if your looking to go on a fri/sat night. They have hibachi seating too.

Comment: Excellent, dine here as often as I can! You cant go wrong with anything that you order. It is always fresh, hot and delicious. The service is always friendly and right on time. My favorite is the lavender and chamomile tea...perfect and homemade.

Comment: Second time here and their ramen is still delicious. This ramen place is better than the one in Syosset and Huntington. So if you are looking for good ramen noodle soup in Long Island, this is the place. I have to say, the two broths I have tried tasted better and feels healthier than the ramen place in Midtown Manhattan. Must try!

Comment: If youre looking for authentic delicious ramen this is the spot!! We started off with Edamame and the Chicken Yakitori. I highly reccomend splitting both to start! The chicken was tender and served with a really great teriyaki dipping sauce. My husband had the Chashu Pork Ramen which came in a huge bowl with plenty of pork, noodles and veggies. (You can order extra but he didnt.). I had Spicy Chicken Ramen which was also very good but I like my food super spicy so I added extra chilies and chilie oil to mine. The service was excellent as they were packed on the evening we were there but they handled it well.

Comment: For the price and the location, their food is fabulous.The chicken ramen is one that I personally love, though my friend group has different favorites among us. They have a low-carb option for their ramen (zucchini noodles!), which is a delight seeing as not many places offer it.I love their grilled squid appetizer; it has always been cooked to the perfect texture --coming from someone who likes trying the squid or octopus at any restaurant I visit-- and the sauce with it is really good, as well.The staff --especially the owner-- are lovely people. The owner has always been friendly and enjoys light conversation with patrons. Even though Im not one who likes to talk much, its still a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. (If youve had a problem with the staff, then Im honestly not sure what to tell you, dude. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)Ive been going for years now, and its really my favorite ramen restaurant in Nassau. Its unfortunate I moved to Queens, but when I visit the area I make it a point to stop here on the way back when I can.Delicious -- if you want tasty and affordable ramen and dont want to schlep into the boroughs, Merrick Suki is where you should be.

Comment: Over the years I have given myself the mission to search New York for excellent Ramen. In personal opinion good Ramen is too rare to come by, that why I was surprised to not only find a decent Japanese restaurant on Long Island of all places. The place itself is well decorated, however the restaurant is small so if you have a large group this isnt for you.The Ramen isnt the best in the City, however it is better than most places. Very satisfying and affordable. However what they are best at is Bubble Tea. If you are a Bubble Tea fanatic like me then I suggest ording the Bubble Tea!!!

Comment: My partner and I have been eating ramen in various parts of the city along with New Jersey and even in Maryland. This is a fantastic spot to scratch that ramen itch. The kitchen uses fresh ingredients, the ramen is delicious, the ambience is perfect for your local ramen shop vibe AND the price is a bargain. The waitstaff is always available to accommodate any needs and there is also a delicious tea menu that will satisfy any tea connoisseurs.
