Comment: My weekly sushi spot. They have Honey Wasabi sauce. If you dont know what that is then wait until you try it! Goes on any roll. Mixes well with eel sauce! The staff is nice and extra courteous. 3 owners ago they were rude. 2 iterations ago I didnt eat here much. Now that Im back in NB I order from here over Imperial Orchid. The other food is good too. Miso soup has flavor. Fried rice is tasty. Bento boxes are filling. Happy with each order!

Comment: I order from here pretty much once a week. I have been living in the area my entire life. I remember coming here in about 2005 and said never again. About 2 years ago, a friend ordered on a whim. I remember enjoying it. Then a year ago, my obsession became really intense. I love poke bowls and I went to a place in Massapequa but it was too out of the way. Then I ordered from a place in Babylon village for some time but it was pricey & they cut the bowl size down & increased their prices so they sadly lost my business. In the meantime, I had from time to time ordered from here enjoying the signature rolls, fried oysters & their amazing spicy dumpling soup. I then really looked at the menu and read: poke bowls. Yesss! I finally have my go to for all my favorites. And they receive a lot of my business. Not only because of the food but sooooo friendly and appreciative OF me being a customer. I absolutely recommend. Thank you Sushi Express :)

I ordered 2 spider rolls because they were so good 😂 a little above average for the price but it was a quiet establishment with Taylor Swifts entire discography playing lmao all in all not bad although I would make a different playlist

Comment: I was hesitant at the beginning, the place was completely empty during lunch time on a weekday, but then noticed a lot of take out requests and delivery.The good: I dont usually go for California roll when eating sushi, but a friend ordered and I have to say it was the best Ive ever tasted. Tea was good and waiter was very attentive. THE BEST AVOCADO salad ever, especially the dressing.The bad: The peanut they used on the Peanut avocado roll was salted and perhaps caramelized? That, I didnt like.Overall experience was good but I would probably just order for take out going forward.

Ill be back again for sure.The $9.95 nine-piece sashimi lunch special I had today was a very good value. Included was a hot bowl of miso soup (with chunks of tofu and seaweed), a lettuce/cuke/carrot salad, a cup of cooked white rice and a cup of hot green tea.The fish was extremely fresh - I know because I dont put anything on my sashimi to mask the flavors.
