Comment: Delicious, high-grade, fresh ingredients, a haven for happy taste buds. I had to queue up without a reservation on a weekend night, but ended up ordering two takeaways. The waiter was attentive, enthusiastic and polite, and overall I was very satisfied. Next week I know I need to make an appointment first.

Comment: My Mom loves sushi and she came to visit. I’m on a budget and it’s been awhile since I’ve had sushi. As luck would have it, this lovely restaurant had opened up right across from the TJ Maxx on 1st Ave where she likes to shop when she comes to visit. We looked inside and the decor was lovely, and there were quite a few Asian people like us, especially behind the counter. The menu was good, the specialty rolls were like nothing I’ve had anywhere else. Absolutely delicious. Our waitress Jessi was so polite, helpful and attentive. I’m so happy I was able to take my Mom to a lovely and affordable Sushi dinner.

Comment: We have walked past this restaurant for a few weeks and finally decided to check out the menu. We were greeted with friendly staff and decided to stay.The sushi and warm appetizers were excellent. The menu is diverse without being overwhelming. The drinks were great. However,What stood out the most was the impeccable service. We felt attended to without being annoyed. When we were finished with our meal we had half glasses of wine left and the server actually acknowledged that we were taking our time with the wine and said she would come back later with the check. It was so refreshing to have a dinner that was not rushed.We will absolutely return!

Comment: I wish I could give 6 stars.I had to change my dinner plan and was able to easily make a reservation for a table for 1 at around 8pm on a sunday. The place was busy and (as i learned) for good reason. Every second of my dining experience here was impeccable. From the server who was very nice and very quick, to watching the manager both greet and thank everyone in and out of the restaurant. As for the food? Absolutely fantastic sushi. Even if the service was terrible i would go back for the food. Great job. I will be back as often as humanly possible.

Comment: Upscale yet homey atmosphere. Appetizers, entrees, service- impeccable and drinks- delicious!Highly suggest the Zen Garden as a cocktail, fried rice, and any of the special sushi rolls. The scallop crudo and hand rolls were very fresh. Not to mention Tom is the best!!!

Comment: Can’t say enough about this place. I would recommend it to anyone who wants anything from comfort food style teriyaki to elevated sushi and hand rolls and high quality one of a kind cocktails. Tom the owner and creator of the cocktail menu is a blast and great at what he does and Brian was an amazing bar tender. I’m scared about how busy this place is going to get.

Comment: Stumbled across this place as our other go to sushi restaurant was closed. But I could easily say, this will be my new favorite go to sushi restaurant. From the food to the atmosphere to the friendly service I give this place a 11/10 if I could. The sushi / sashimi was extremely fresh and tasty. My personal favorite was the toro. Even a basic dish that most restaurants have is rock shrimp tempura and that was the best rock shrimp tempura I had as it was not heavily drenched in sauce and had a crispyness to it. The service was excellent, friendly, and attentive so my glass was always filled with water.

Comment: Awesome new spot! Busy for a Tuesday evening and the hostess was able to sit us at the sushi counter within 15 min, without having a reservation. Tom the owner was really nice and gave us free sake at the end of the meal! Compliments to the chef also, the food was great - got the yellowtail jalapeño appetizer, pork gyoza, “fantastic roll”, some extra sushi pieces and a crab nori roll. All the fish was so fresh, definitely will be back!

Comment: We tried Sushi Ginza for the first time since its recent grand opening. We ordered miso soup, negamaki, gyoza, shumai, sushi, and their fried rice. Let’s put it this way: it’s different in the most positive way. Great wine list, staff was super cool including the manager/co-owner Tom. He was warm and friendly and is a complete part of the vibe of this restaurant. Solid Japanese place, the vibe is great, and the value is high. What more do you need?! Just go! It’s great.

Comment: Thrilled to see Sushi Ginza open in the neighborhood! We stopped in tonight and can’t wait to come back. Tom, the co-owner, was out and about greeting his guests, and the vibe was awesome. We loved the food! The staff was super cool. We ordered Gyoza, Shumi, sushi rolls, tacos, beef negamaki, miso soup—DELISH! Loved the peach old fashion and Sancere. Prices were competitive. Highly recommend!

Comment: The sashimi was very good and melts in your mouth but the duck buns could’ve used a thicker cut of duck. The dragon roll was good but fell apart when you lifted it. The Snow White roll needed more flavor. The atmosphere was nice and the service was great.
