Comment: Sushi & Noodles is hands-down the best sushi in Bushwick, and Id argue its my favorite sushi in NYC. The sushi is fresh, the portions are generous, and the ambiance is amazing. They play a really lovely instrumental soundtrack and have a cozy interior with posters wheat-pasted on the walls. Its relaxing and lowkey, plus the owner is unbelievably sweet. My partner and I have eaten there as often as once a week for two years now.Im troubled to see both negative reviews and to witness in person how people treat the person who runs this business. This is a super small business; the waitress is also the owner, alongside one sushi chef, who both work from open to close every day of the week. There are no more than 6-7 tables and 4-5 bar stools. As a response, a few reminders: (1) there are only enough seats for people who will actually buy food because there are only a few seats, (2) as this is an authentic Asian-run space, English is the owners second language, and (3) a small staff allows food cost to be super low so that you can get such high-quality food for a fair price.If youre looking for a polished, overdone NYC sushi spot, Id recommend going somewhere else. If youre looking for an authentic, family-run, value-driven sushi spot, theres no better option than Sushi & Noodles. Absolute gem on Maria Hernandez Park.

Comment: As a Bushwick native who luckily still resides here, I always wanted to try this place and with it being rainy & cold yesterday it was the perfect opportunity! I asked the waitress what she would recommend to warm up and she gave me the hot green tea which was delicious and only $2! My fiancée and I both got the teriyaki which was flavorful juicy and overall a good decision! We are definitely going to come back to try the ramen 🍜

Comment: My other favorite Bushwick restaurant, rarely do I think of Asian restaurants as cozy but I feel a literal soothing to the soul when I am here, there is something dollhouse-like about it, small and warmly lit and quiet. A couple runs it, I think the husband makes the food and the wife takes your order (be careful there is a bit of a language barrier, see other reviews below lol). Try the tuna sushi pizza and seaweed salad and any of the rolls, go elsewhere for ramen (ie Ichiran) and bring cash and YOB
