Great atmosphere, never busy (which is an absolute shame) I can’t give this place high enough praise, and you have to try it for yourself. Sushi Thai holds a special place in my heart. Comment: Tried the red curry lunch special..very good..the sauce could have been a bit more flavorful but it was good and the vegetables were crisp and fresh..the chicken soup was a nice included surprise and good too.had the chicken coconut soup to go..it was ok..could have been a bit more flavorful and had only mushrooms and chicken..so I like when they add other items like cherry tomatoes or scallions..but Ill be back to try other dishes..prices are reasonable and def worth a visit..

Comment: We ordered takeout, and shared a few meals. The food is really good, the ingredients are high quality. The meat is well trimmed and everything tasted fresh. My photos are a Pad Thai, Gen Tso, and some kind of drunken noodle I forget the name. The Pad Thai was different than I am used to but it was good. Gen Tso was good, a tiny bit overcooked. Drunken noodles were good too. Best dish I had was a peanut chicken. Overall I enjoyed the food, everything tasted a little fishy like they use a lot of fish paste in the meals, but I liked it. Pricey for a regular take out place but we will return at some point.

Prices are quite reasonable.This is actually part of a chain with other branches in Clifton Park and Williamstown. But the Saratoga Springs store is the warmest and most comfortable.They have a sister restaurant next door that features some of the same menu items. But we prefer the old standard Sushi Thai Garden.

The Thai selections are also very good, from coconut soup to red, green and yellow curries with fresh spices, aromatics and crisp vegetables. Meat selections are typical, focusing on beef and chicken, with shrimp and other seafood, of course. Decent sake selection, and some nice teas to choose from. Portions are sufficient, and prices are fair for the quality. Would definitely recommend.

Comment: We eat at Sushi Thai Gardens frequently for these good reasons: Excellent and consistent sushi and Thai food that is always beautifully presented by gracious staff. The portions sometimes astound me for example today I had the bento box # 3 Chicken with shredded vegetables, 9 pieces of generously sized sashimi, 1 California roll 20.95 with a bowl of white rice - I had a hard time walking out when I was finished. My wife frequently has the Thai dishes that are heaping full of meat or shrimp with vegetables and your choice of noodles. Next door is their specialty ramen and noodle Resturant that attracts a young crowd and serves alcohol - we will definitely try it next time!

Comment: I am a big fan of Thai food from my time stationed in Guam so when I tried this place out I was pleased to see that the flavor and especially spice levels were from what I remember. I have been to a couple other places in the area and was not impressed. The chicken pangang was oh so good and I asked it to be a level up on the spicy side and they did that for me. Prices are very good for amount of food and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you like good Thai food.

The curry was delicious with just the right amount of spice(she asked for half spice). Order a dish multiple times and its always the same good quality, good flavor. The sashimi is fair compared to NYC. All other dishes are quite good, although not quite authentic. End the meal with the sticky rice in cream sauce with sesame and mango. Throughout the meal, order many glasses of the Thai, jasmine iced tea with heavy cream floating on the top.

Comment: This is a pretty place aimed at the tourist trade and the prices are accordingly a bit higher than youd like. But the quality of the ingredients and prep is excellent so youre likely to be satisfied with what you get. They do a particularly good job on tempura, which Ive had as part of the bento box. On the Thai side Ive had tom kha ga and panang curry and both were good specimens though I wish the portions were bigger.
