Went right back-in and they wouldn’t give us a break on replacement bowls! We are regular customers and this is horrible customer service. It wasn’t hours or next day it happened right away. Very disappointed. Shame on you guys.Update: gave this place another try. The girl behind the counter was great. Ordered 3 bowls, fish was fresh and everything was delicious. Been back 4 times! I would say if you want the cool ambiance then go and eat at the place rather than order since the prices make you do a slight double take if looking online but I believe it’s worth it. Also if you’re lucky you might get a free boba drinks like I and my friend did when an order never got picked up which was so awesome that the worker even gave them out. So yeah definitely recommend.

If you want to sit at the sushi bar and have a personal experience, highly recommended. For those that write in poor reviews for the size of the rolls and cost -with poke, you get what you pay for. Higher quality means spending a bit more. If you want basic sushi with convoluted ingredients and jumbo size pieces - this is not their style. They highlight the fish - fresh, clean, simple, delicious, And if that mean smaller pieces packed with great quality non frozen fish and perfectly cooked rice - sign me up :)

Comment: I love their sushi boxes! Finally a place in our neighborhood that serves sushi - city style and not like drenched in sauce to mask the fish. Ive ordered several times and so far although delivery takes a while I am VERY happy each time I eat their food. Also, the touch of truffle poke bowl is my favorite. Ive eaten at many poke bowl spots - this takes the #1 spot in NY!

Comment: My favorite sushi restaurant on Sheepshead Bay. Used to eat elsewhere but can not compare quality of the fish and that’s for sure! I love their marinated fish, I eat there weekly and the staff always let me try the new proteins they have for free. Thanks Poke Stop, keep it up.

Comment: One of the ONLY places to actually make me try so many raw fish variations considering the type of picky eater I am and I LOVED it! When it comes to my sushi eating I’m usually very plain and don’t stray outside my usual boring rolls.I tried about 5 different hand rolls and each one was better than the prior! They were all actually so delicious!I’ve also gotten the poke bowl twice for lunch and enjoyed them as well. Fish was always fresh. Also the handroll chef was very courteous to my truffle allergy and used completely new utensils and frying plate for my wagu beef handroll. The owner Liran was also so nice and spent time chatting up all the people at the sit up bar, including myself and my husband.

The design is unique for this area which is a huge plus. The food is really good. The have 2 stations: for poke and for hand rolls, so theres definitely plenty of options to choose from. The only two downsides are price and portion. For $13 I found that my bowl portion was way too small and it wasn’t even filled up all the way. I felt like I was paying $13 for almost 3/4 of a pretty small bowl.
