Comment: It is always outstanding. We love food from here. The service is, well ok. Friendly ish. They just busy. Atmosphere is, ok. Its a little, dark. Parking on both sides. Freshly painted inside. A little quirky. But you wont be disappointed in your meal. Hot tea is authentic. Portions are high. Sushi and regular dishes are very flavorful.

Comment: Friendly staff, ordered my food for pickup only had to wait a couple mins. Got shrimp hibachi. Veggies could’ve been cooked longer to be softer, and the shrimp was good maybe slightly overcooked. But I was hungry and it hit the spot. Definitely will go again sometime

Comment: Really good, maybe not the best, but really good sushi and Japanese food. I’ve only had delivery from Grubhub so I can’t speak to the restaurant. We ordered 6 maki rolls, rock shrimp and hot and sour soup. Very tasty! The only personal preference, not even a critique, is the soup. I love mushrooms but my pint of soup had maybe 6 large mushrooms. I would’ve preferred smaller chunks but that’s just me. I will certainly order again.

The lunch specials are a very good deal as you get a lot of variety, a large portion, and high quality for only $10. I wish they had a more extensive tea menu because I think all they have is Jasmine Green Tea. It is a high quality tea, but would be nice to have some oolongs, etc. Very friendly service. Great for a lunch with coworkers as well.

Comment: Drink menu is very limited but the food was delicious. They forgot our appetizer, but brought it when reminded. This was odd since we were the only customers in the restaurant. Decor is seriously dated, with the same bench seats from way back when it was Friendlys. Still, delicious sushi!

I ordered the platter for two, which was perfect. All of the sushi and cooked fish tasted great. It was a lot of very good food for the money. I will definitely be back sometime.

Staff are friendly and attentive and the food comes out super quickly. Make sure you check the specials board by the sushi station (on the right wall when you walk into the place).

Prices are super low and serving staff was very friendly! I didnt choose sushi this time, but their specialty rolls sound excellent and I cant wait to return to try other items!!! Comment: I love this place and its probably the most underrated restaurant in Delmar. The staff are super friendly and attentive (Ive never seen my water run out there), and the food quality & selection cant be beat for their price range. It does take out and delivery to my knowledge, and is on grubhub. I think thats where most of their business must come from, but the interior is really nice. They have little window booths and larger tables - its a great place to stop in for a casual lunch or dinner.

Comment: I used to think all sushi tasted the same; you get a california roll here, it tastes the same as the one you get over there. Boy, was I wrong. Because of this place, I am now a sushi snob. Any where else I go (which is rare), Im comparing it to the sushi I get here. Other sushi is dry, sticky tasting, not as fresh, etc. This place, hands down, has the best sushi in the area.

Comment: Tea House has some of the freshest sushi at some of the most reasonable prices in the Capital District. The salmon here is second to none.Not a fan of the raw stuff? No problem. All white meat General Tsos chicken, Sesame Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli - pretty much anything youd get at a normal Chinese Take Out spot is better here. They deliver too!I grew up in the area eating Great Wall and Gold Coin, even driving from Slingerlands to Glenmont to pick up West Wok because they had the best Chinese food for awhile... but since Tea House has opened, I wouldnt understand why anyone wouldnt go here for takeout.I now live 30 minutes away, but drive in as often as I can just to eat here.Great selection of fresh fish, sushi rolls, and special rolls that break away from the standard boring rolls you find anywhere else.
