Comment: Absolute best sushi in terms of quality and variety. Lots of raw and cooked options. Medium sized menu of non-sushi dishes that are all fantastic. My favorite are the stir-fried glass noodles, but Ive never had a bad meal here.

Comment: Best Asian cuisine I’ve tried in Buffalo. Full stop. Our office did our annual Christmas takeout from there. Had the shrimp Yaki udon spice level 3, and the rocket shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious. It was actually spicy, flavorful and the noodles/veg were tender not overcooked. All our items were labeled and correct. No issues and everyone was very pleased with their meals. This restaurant is now definitely on my takeout rotation and I’d love to dine in one day. Very impressed.

Comment: Would of loved to give it a 5 star but I just couldnt...Loves!Food is very good. We had 4 different sushis and 2 apps and a soup. Everything tasted delicious. The waitress was sooooo sweet to us. We were the only ones there and I had my one month old. Needless to say he ended up getting sick all over me and himself. She seen and rushed over some napkins which she didnt have to do and she was very understanding. Her kindness alone would make me come backNow the dislikes...not hates...The soft drinks are not free refills. You have to pay for each one you get which Ive never experienced at a restaurant/kitchen.The decor and environment is lacking. No color or love. Wish it had more of a authentic feeling. The floors were not very clean possibly from the snow and salt outside.

Comment: Good sushi place. Had the Hulk, Big Gay Al, & Las Vegas roll. Only down side was it smelled like the had mopped the floor with old dirty water or really old smelly mop head. Food was good but maybe get it to go next time.

Comment: The food was good. The service was good. Enjoyed the katsu, curry and rice meal. The outdoor seating was comfy minus being attacked by bees because one of the meals had honey. Will visit again.

Comment: Greeted by the sushi chef at the door. Was seated promptly. Big menus including soft drinks hot and cold coffees,tea,sake,soju as well as large selection of beer hard liquor and wine. The regular and lunch specials menu was offered. Good choices. The ginger garlic chicken was delicious a small hiccup i requested four star spicy heat and only received two star heat. That was just fine though sometimes too much spice/heat masked the food that is being served. I also had the yelp check in special of Japanese dumping offered at no charge thank you yelp. Very good, i will be returning soon.

Comment: New location. Same great food with reasonable prices. A bit back from the road so hard to find but that also allows for off street parking. A real plus in Allentown! Lots of sushi choices. Great Japanese and Thai entrees.

Comment: FINALLY A GOOD ASIAN RESTAURANT IN ALLENTOWN 😍 Their food is sooo good. I have been there about once a week since they opened. Their sushi rolls are amazing. They have all types and they come out looking so pretty. Its located where Cozamel and Pasion used to be; which is in the cut between Savoy and Elmwood discount liquor. Hopefully this place will last. Its nice to finally have authentic Asian with sushi and sake in the heart of Allentown.

Comment: Nice location with plenty of parking. The Red Dragon sushi has a nice kick. The other sushi is amazing first like the original location in Depew. I had red curry that was spicy and filling. The scallops where amazing. I love the location in such a popular district. The owner is amazing and friendly.

Comment: I went to Teton Kitchen for an event so I didnt experience private dining but the food was fantastic. The sushi and the squid were exceptional. Udon noodles done perfectly. The owners are wonderful people. Stop in and say hi to Khin and Taka hard working, caring people they pay attention to the little details to make you happy.

Comment: We have been here 3 times so far. The first time we tried loads of sushi, second we got a miso salmon and pad thai and the third we met a friend and got various sushi, appetizers and entrees. I think the hulk roll may be the best thing on the menu. The miso salmon had way to much glaze on it and next time we will likely get it on the side. The staff is absolutely adorable. They are all so helpful and nice.The problem is the food ALWAYS comes out in waves. And the waves dont make a lot of sense. Entrees never come out together so theres many times when someone is sitting with their entre and their party just sits and watches. Overall its a fine restaurant, worth a try for the service alone.

Comment: I love trying new places and eating new cuisines. Unfortunately Teton makes that very difficult. Whenever my partner and myself cant figure out what to eat we always end up coming back to Teton. Weve even gotten takeout for my parents when they came to town and they loved it although we usually dine in ourselves. The service is excellent the Yaki Udon is out of this world, and I really enjoy the fried rice.
