Comment: I live in DC and this is actually wayyy better Thai food than we have over there. Super authentic and delicious. We got a variety of things: shrimp pad Thai, tofu pineapple fried rice, soft shell crab, fried chicken, green dragon roll, shumai, and Thai iced tea. Loved everything. Its hard to find a good authentic pad Thai but this place knows what its doing. The only negative thing is we asked for spice level 4 out of 5 but nothing was spicy at all so next time well probably get level 5.Thisll definitely be my new go to anytime Im in Buffalo. Highly recommend.

Comment: Came here last night for the first time; was in the mood for soup. I got the miso ramen soup with pork and eggs. This was absolutely the best bowl of ramen Ive ever had. The broth had a slightly sweet smokey flavor; not to smokey, but just enough to make you want more. The broth was amazing. The noodles were amazing. It was so good I ordered another bowl but couldnt finish the 2nd bowl.

Comment: My wife is a huge fan of Thai food and while dropping me to Amtrak Station at Depew we made impromptu dinner plans and this was our first choice. Literally 2 mins away from the station. And the food was so delicious and so well seasoned. Our server suggested new items from the menu and we were very impressed by the presentation, preparation, quality and portions of food. The noodles were cooked to perfection in the sauce definitely worth slurping. I most definitely will bring all my friends and family here over years. And this place is going in my favorites whenever I am in mood for Thai food.And wait did I tell you also serve amazing Sushi! Made fresh to order. Every bite is super refreshing and full of flavors!Next time you are deciding between Japanese or Thai, come here and get best of both worlds.In my opinion it’s a must visit if you are in Buffalo, specifically near Amtrak Station.And yes they have free parking with space for many cars.

Comment: Top favorite place to go for sushi and Japanese food. Always get at least 3 rolls for just myself. Good for dining in and take out. Even when theyre busy the wait is never very long. Staff is always welcoming. Many varieties of rolls, seafood, soups, appetizers and dinners including bento boxes to choose from. My go to soup is the miso soup, always hits the spot. Delicious Saketinis as well as wines and sake. Highly recommend to everyone

The food itself.... Oh my.... Its likely some of the best Thai/Japanese food Ive ever had. I had the Japanese teriyaki bento box. It starts with miso soup. Which was delicious. Then it came with the California roll, rice, teriyaki chicken, salad, and more. My husband got the pork pineapple fried rice. The rice was packed with flavor and the pork was savory. My daughter got the Singapore noodles. She likes spicy, spicy food. They let her pick on a scale of 1-5 how hot she wanted the food. The 5 being hottest is what she got and it met her expectations. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

I was looking for a restaurant to eat at with my friend and my dad remembered that a couple years ago we went here and liked it. So, I took my friend to here. I can say that I am absolutely happy that my friend and I came here! I got three things, 6 pieces of avocado sushi, Garlic Sauce Tofu, and Sweet Sticky Rice! All three things were phenomenal! In particular, the avocado sushi was the best that I have ever had! The customer service was also good! I am looking forward to returning today with my twin sister to eat here!

Comment: I LOVED my experience at this restaurant. I was visiting the area and was craving sushi, so I took an Uber here. The owner was very nice, generous, and super positive. The sushi was very fresh and came very fast. The sushi was so so delicious, my friends thought it was yummy as well. Comment: I had my fair share of sushi, scrummaging through the jungles of NYC, the culturally diverse Toronto, and even lived where they were perfected; Japan. Teton Kitchen did not disappoint when the cravings wanted a challenge. My sister and I visited on an already busy restaurant where we had to wait for 10 minutes for a table (which was fine with us since it was worth it). We were then seated and our orders were taken . We started off with karaage (fried chicken street food in Japan) with an intense but savory sauce consisting of spices, soy, and ginger. The texture and flavor were on point however, the karaage was a bit on the dry side when I’m typically used to it using dark meat (specifically thigh meat). We were also given complimentary miso soup which in my opinion, always leave lasting impressions. For our main dish, we decided to opt for the love boat for 2 since we couldn’t make up our minds on what rolls we wanted and oh boy, we were treated with probably the best combination of sushi presented to us. We’ve had boats before, but this time it felt different. The thing about sushi and sushi restaurants you really want to keep an eye out is how they prepare the sushi. What is the rice to fish ratio? Does the color look good? Is it going to be worth it? These are all the factors we’ve kept in mind when entering every sushi establishment and Teton earned flying colors on these pondering questions. Just take a look at the pictures I’ve posted, the mix of sushi and sashimi was a display you’d see typically on a menu. The colors popped and each bite felt like you’re in an episode of Shokugeki no Soma. The fish tasted fresh, the colors were vibrant, and the boat was conquered. The experience only lasted a mere 15 minutes, but was enough to keep the smiles on our faces long after leaving. We understood why the reviews were high, we understood why the restaurant was packed, we understood why they’re still around. What we don’t understand is why they haven’t gotten a bigger place by now? But I can’t stay questioning for long, as theres a charm to the restaurant. Very reminiscent of the small bars in the alleys of Japan. The atmosphere feels cozy and the waiters were so polite and attentive. A combination of all these reasons should earn your visit. Teton knows what they’re good at, and I dare you to challenge them at it. You’d gladly lose.

My thought was to see how the food and service would be under normal conditions as opposed to the added pressure of serving a private party. I was not disappointed. The quality of the food and service were again outstanding.We were here for lunch and ordered off the lunch menu that had a wide variety of choices and combinations. The sushi was fresh and flavorful.The nice thing they do is that as they make each sushi dish, it t is immediately delivered to your table instead of waiting for everyones dish to be completed. Some people may not like this method of serving but picture yourself sitting at a sushi bar in front of the chef. As they finish preparing each dish, they serve it, not leaving it setting out of your reach, making you wait until they make several more dishes. It should be the same if you are sitting at a table. As each dish is served, share it with others you are with then you will be ready for the next dish. Eventually you will receive all dishes you ordered, served and eaten fresh. Sushi should not be eaten rushed. Take your time and enjoy all the amazing flavors. I recommend not saturating your sushi with soy sauce. The saltiness of too much soy sauce masks the real flavors of the sushi.We had four different sushi rolls between the two of us. And all were perfect. We also ordered the Pad Thai, because all Pad Thai is not the same. Teton Kitchen made one of the best Pad Thai we have ever had. Although, most of it was brought home and enjoyed for dinner.We did however have enough room to enjoy their Tempura Cheesecake, served hot. Not only is the cheesecake inside just the right flavor but the sweet and crisp tempura batter was perfect and not over battered or greasy.There is also ample parking for the size of the restaurant. They have a full bar a variety of beer on tap and bottled, sake, wine, mixed drinks and pop (yes I call it pop, some call it soda).I highly recommend Teton Kitchen.

I was a little skeptical, since it really looks like a brick cube. I checked out other reviews and decided to go for it just for a pick up order.Despite a strange parking lot and double entrance doors on opposite sides of the building that might leave you a little dumbfounded, this place really is a treat.I was impressed! I gobbled up the 3 different rolls I had, and was ready for more. The problem was... that I didnt go back until recently. It was a holiday and we had original wanted to go to Kumo, not realizing they were closed at random hours during the day. I suggested we tried a sit down at Teton, and I am SO HAPPY we tried it! Well flavored entrees outside of the sushi, able to give enough spice in my husbands entree for him to feel it (which is always the challenge!), but of course the sushi was killer. They even had a non-seafood sushi offering (The Godzilla!) that my husband enjoyed.It really doesnt have the greatest atmosphere and thats why Im downranking it, and can be quite a bit cramped if youre in there around regular lunch or dinner times, but the food trumps it all and they have a BIG menu, too. If you order soft drinks, they come in a can, so if youre a fountain drinker, you might not be a huge fan of that.For pick up/take out, things were wrapped way more efficiently than any other takeout Ive seen. No leakage, no food falling out. It was impressive. You can also order online, so if you like to avoid phone calls like me, and youre deft at maneuvering an online order system, Teton is where you want to be.

Sushi is amazing and diners are too.I had the Perfect Storm Sushi roll(Shrimp Tempura, Avocado & cucumber Inside, Hot Chili & Spicy Tuna On Top). While expecting an little more kick it was amazingly flavored and crunchy.Dinner was Japanese Yakisoba fried egg Noodle. Perfectly fried and came out steaming. Had them spice it to 3 (scale of 1 to 5) so it had some tingle but wouldnt make you sweat or hurt.
