Comment: My regular local Japanese restaurant in Elmhurst. I’d say they have fresh fish with local fare. I always get the green mussel with spicy crab and ika maru ( grilled squid )

Comment: Nice place, the food was good too! Very friendly service. I had the salmon bento which had nice portions. Beef yaki soba was sooo good, nice teriyaki broth and gentle glass noodles. Would try their rolls next time.

Comment: I not a huge sushi/sashimi fan but I bought a platter for my Grandma and it was really good! Sashimi/sushi tasted really clean! All rolls were delicious. Was $60 tax included.

Comment: Great food, nice ambience, some renovations were made. We got a take out menu despite the fact that we were dining in. Their prices were increased and also some items were no longer available for free. I remembered prior to Covid-19 when we dined in Miso Soup was served, no longer available. There is still no kind of beers or wine available, just tea, sodas and Saki. All in all still delicious sushi.

Comment: I’ve been going here since I was a kid in middle school (which was well over 15 years ago mind you) and the quality is still the same as it was all those years ago! You’d be hard pressed to find another place with quality like this for the price. The servers are so sweet, and the scallop sashimi I got was so fresh and just as sweet! I got the tekka don, and wow the tuna was amazing! Fresh fish is a mark of a good sushi restaurant, and this one is one of the best in queens!

The place nice clean and comfy, also considering the big portions and quality Id say the prices are almost cheap, it was my first time coming here and it definitely wont be my last. Comment: Small local Japanese restaurant with reasonable price. We r regular there and we kind of finished the menu. Tried everything there except the noodles part. Special rolls are all awesome.Updated: went there for dinner after a while. They have added up menu now. Doing our noodles round. Yakisoba was pretty good. Big portion & tempura udon was not bad either.

Comment: I dont even know where to start!! Ive been coming to Tomo for almost 7 years & this is where I 1st tried sushi!!! There service has always been amazing, it has a very good ambiance. The resturant its self is always clean as well as the bathroom. Now lets get down to the good stuff the food lol The prices are amazing 3 rolls for 10$ which i always get & a special roll as well. I would suggest trying the Eel Avacado roll, Spicy Crab, & Spicy salmon these are my favorites & feel they blend the seasoning very well. As for a special roll i suggest the Volcano roll. The sushi is always fresh!!

Comment: Amazing amazing quality of the sushi. Super fresh food. I dont give it 5 stars becuz the tempura green tea ice cream was so so. Ive had better. But as far as the sushi, hands down order everything. Please see pictures of the food we ordered.

Comment: Tomo is my favorite and only sushi spot! I asked them to deliver to my job which was a bit far and they catered to me, they have excellent customer service and their delivery man was very nice. I dine in about 4 times a month and I’m always satisfied. They’re delivery was just as great!
