Comment: Delicious edamame, gyoza, and vegetable tempura. The spicy salmon roll and spicy salmon crunch roll are great. The bulgogi roll is not my type of thing, but others liked it. I didnt like the regular bulgogi very much the first time, but tonight it was delicious. I think its the best in the area and have been back several times.

Comment: Best sushi around!! …and that’s not to downplay all the delicious hot food options in any way because they deserve mentioning too. There’s something for everyone here and everything is incredibly fresh and flavorful. The most popular rolls are definitely the Crazy roll and Fire roll but my favorites are the Angry Dragon and Triple Play. Don’t skip past the appetizer page because the Crazy Rice is to die for!! Bentos are perfect for lunchtime, the Hanabi Salad is amazing, the spicy Ramen is a must have, and the Korean BBQ is scrumptious. There are many vegetarian options as well and dishes can be made gluten free upon request.

The takeout was well arranged and the sushi held up well in the take out boxes. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, with really good sushi rice. Normally soft shell crab rolls fall apart, but this one was awesome and the biggest Ive ever seen made. The staff were super friendly!

Comment: Excellent sushi place. Crazy roll seems to be very popular, and is delicious, but my favorite is the Park Ave roll. Some rolls may seem a little pricy but the portions are generous.They have no liquor license but BYOB is allowed. I have brought wine on a few occasions.

Comment: Menu had a few pricey rolls and options, but amazing food. They do not have a liquor license if that bothers you, go elsewhere, but some of the best sushi Ive had, as close as Ive had to Japan quality without making the trip. I would not expect the quality from a small town like Tuxedo! Ive been here twice, hoping for a third soon.
