Comment: Excellent Ramen with 2 Gluten-free options! I had the Miso Ramen with Pork (R3 on their menu). They substitute rice noodles for their usual ramen noodles to make this possible. There is also a vegetarian option that could be gluten-free for those who would like that instead.Was impressed by their beverage selections too. I enjoyed their Amazing Lemonade and it certainly delivered! Sweet but not overly so. We will be back! Sorry, no pictures. Too busy eating! 😆

Comment: Good ramen but DO NOT get the chicken buns, they are inedible, hard to understand how bad they are - grilled rubbery chicken slathered in mayonnaise. Just throw a fried chicken chunk in there with some Chilli sauce and call it a day, cmon!

Comment: This is a Japanese ramen restaurant located in a street mall. The reviews were quite good, so I visited for the first time after comparing it to several nearby Japanese ramen restaurants.The atmosphere was similar to a regular family restaurant, but overall it was clean and the interior had the atmosphere of a Japanese restaurant, but I was surprised that the soothing music was a chinese melody. It was a genre of relaxing healing music similar heard in Chinese massage shops.For food, I ordered Takoyaki and Tantan Ramen. Since I dont like salty food, I asked for a recommendation for a menu that wouldnt be too salty, and I was told that any dish could be adjusted to suit my personal taste. The food came out not too late, and just as the waitress said, it wasnt too salty, the food was tasty, and the vegetables were fresh. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside, but the color of the fried food had a slightly old burnt oil color to it, but the seasoning was just right.It was a restaurant with great reviews, so there were some disappointments, but I was appreciative and grateful for their sincerity in adjusting the seasoning to suit each customers taste.

Comment: First time we ordered, the Ramen was great and was impressed with the quality of the food and even the quality of the takeout bag to keep the food warm and the high quality utensils/chop sticks. Second time the Ramen was still good but ordered a few other things, for example, the steak in rice bowl. It was very fatty and somewhat under cooked (at least for me). May be worth asking the customer how they like their steak. Felt like i got half my steak portion when I was done trimming away the fat. Anyway, generally very good quality and nice place and definitely willing to try again.

Comment: First time going out in a LONG time. Me, my wife and seven year old son stopped in on Christmas Eve of all nights. The ambiance and music was soft and quiet. I had the spicy miso and my son had the miso ramen. My wife had the vegan ramen and all were FANTASTIC; the vegan one being the star! The staff was amazing and sweet as well. We now have a yearly Christmas Eve tradition.

Comment: Not bad! The bao buns were delicious. I also ordered the spicy miso ramen which had an incredibly flavorful broth. My only complaint is that the pork was really dry. Even the minced pork was surprisingly dry and hard.Also the appetizers came with the entree, which is a little bit of a pet peeve.Overall, not a bad experience. Solid 4 out of 5.

Comment: Best ramen this side of NYS so far.Ordered the following:Tempura Donburi - packed to the brim, but nothing to write home about.Miso Ramen - broth is just so full of flavor and umami goodness.Takoyaki - crunchy on the outside and piping hot on the inside 😋 There’s 6 in an order.Taro Bubble Tea - no soda options here. You either get tap water or their boba drinks. A little pricey, but they’re not too bad either.

Comment: So wifey says lets check out this Ramen noodle place to which I respond, why would I spend $15 to 17 on something I can buy for under $1 at the food store? You will like this place. I had chicken ramen soup bowl.Most of the broth options are pork, although they have a vegetarian broth and chicken broth. Really filling but not heavy. You can also get Udon noodles instead of the Ramen for a $1 upcharge.For two people the bill was $33.If you pay by credit card you pay a 5% surcharge.Worth the try.

Ive passed by this place quite a few times and this used to be the spot of several restaurants that didnt do well so I wasnt very optimistic. But, in this case Im glad to be proven wrong. Their drinks are good, strawberry yogurt and lychee Lyme green tea. Their brown sugar bubble tea, better off with another tea company.Loved the pork buns. My kids laughed the shoyu ramen. Broth was tasty and did not disappoint. I got the Tan Tan ramen, and this was a little spicy, which we dont have issues with, but for some people might be too much. Probably can try to asknto adjust the spiciness of the broth. I love eggs with ramen and they were cooked perfectly.I ordered take out, and on a side note, their carry out bags are insulated and CUTE!! I would be lugging stuff around in it.Eat local, and it beats driving far for some hearty ramen.

Comment: For the most part the food was excellent. The Octopus Balls had too much sauce for my liking. And it was kind of heavy on the dough. The Octopus inside tasted fresh which made up for the overly sweet and heavy amount of sauce.Gyoza was perfect. Skin was crispy.Ramen was delicious. Broth was flavorful. Noodles were soft and tasty.Fried chicken donburi was fantastic. Bowl had a great split of chopped lettuce and rice. Dipping sauces it came with helped round out the flavor.We cant wait to go back again.

Tried the deep fried chicken donburi and the chicken shoyu ramen, with fries, takoyaki and pork gyoza.Everything was flawless and incredibly umami. All of that came down to $50, couldve fed 3-4 people.The waitress was straight to point and helpful. The restaurant is soo pretty i didnt expect it to be so nice, and has free wifi for customers :)10/10

Comment: This place did not disappoint! I had the Tan Tan Ramen with spicy pork, sprouts and baby bok choy. It was so delicious and the soft boiled egg was creamy and seasoned perfectly. My son ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen (which vi was able to sample as well) and it was also very good. If you’re near Nanuet it’s worth a visit. They have great (bubble) tea drinks and appetizers too on the menu but the Ramen dishes were enough for us tonight. I recommend!!

Comment: Solid ramen spot for Rockland County! I usually go to Bergen County for spicy miso ramen. I love that its just 7 minutes away from my house and decently priced for how much you get in a bowl. Husband got Shoyu Ramen &with just a few drops of chili oil, it was so delicious. Not sure if the noodles are made in-house, but it was cooked just right. Will be back soon to try the Tonkotsu Ramen! Also, cant go wrong with Taro bubble milk tea and Brown sugar milk tea!

The food was truly delicious, and the serving sizes were excellent as well. Not sticky or undercooked, the noodles were lovely and toothy. Any one want to experience ramen try an attempt.

The calamari (I think its called something different on the menu) was some of the best Ive ever had and the SAUCE?!?! To die for. The ramen it self was delicious. For takeout I appreciate the detail in packing. The ramen broth is separate from the mixing which makes it easier and neater to transport and keeps everything fresh so it isnt getting soggy in the liquid. Just pour the broth in the ramen bowl and BAM its perfect. We also got a Boba tea and those are to fantastic as well. Even the bag it comes in it fabric with insulation inside. Very clean, friendly staff, and quick service. I imagine once the word gets put this place is going to take off. This ramen spot is just what nanuet needed.

For ramen, I went with Negi Ramen which was suppose to be spicy pork broth but it was not spicy at all. The coconut milk tea was delicious. They come with a good amount of toppings which is awesome because most ramen restaurants put the bare minimum and expect you to pay extra for toppings. I loved the Spicy Miso ramen which was so delicious, I dug in so fast that I didn’t even have time for a picture. Definitely recommend the karaage chicken (offered as a side dish but the portion is the same as other ramen spots in the city) and the sauce it comes with is absolutely mouth watering. This place is cheap, quick, and really amazing when it comes to the quality of the food. Definitely my new go-to place for ramen!!

Comment: Staff are all super friendly! Had the yuzu and lemon wings as a suggestion from the server- so tasty! Really great crunch and the sauce was fantastic. Devoured them before I could snap a photo. The ramen was an experience. Definitely plan on adding this to my regular rotation.

Comment: Im really excited to see a ramen place opening in the area I work. The ambience is so relaxing and the staff is friendly. The food was delicious! Got the Shoyu Chicken Ramen and the Amazing Lemonade (aptly titled it was so good). At the time of this review, theyre still in their soft opening. I even got this cool cup as a souvenir! I definitely plan on coming back.

Comment: Nice to finally have a good spot in the area and not have to drive to Fort Lee. Great ramen and a wide variety of choices on the menu. Friendly and great service that made us feel welcome upon our first visit. Will be back for sure!

Comment: Beautiful decor didnt have everything on the menu as they just opened up a couple days ago but with everything they did have was absolutely delicious definitely would come back
