Comment: This ramen stall is part of an asian food court with a few other vendors so it’s a great place to come to for lunch if you’re with coworkers or people who want to choose from multiple options. The staff at the ramen stall were friendly and helpful and the ramen itself is really delicious, especially for such a small and unassuming spot. I’ve found my new fave place for lunch!

Comment: Our first meal during our trip, we were craving for some good ramen noodle, and we found this little gem. The restaurant located inside a new food court with other Asian food. The portion of this ramen is really good size, you can tell the soup was made from scratch, really nice flavor.Service is amazing, the lady who took our order recommended several other snacks that we will need to come back for them.The restaurant is at the corner of Grayson Hotel, only 3-5 walking distance.Definitely recommend!

Comment: More delicious than I expected. The vegan ramen was perfect. No greasiness. No fatty broth. It was light but flavorful. The fried. Squid was delicious as well but it definitely needs a dipping sauce! Both needed hot sauce. This is a food hall with seating upstairs. A cute place for sure.

Comment: Ive already come here multiple times and its always good!! My favorite is the spicy miso and roasted garlic tonkotsu, both have so much flavor 😋😋😋. Customer service was through the roof, cashier was so welcoming and friendly 😄. The ambiance of the place was comforting with great music playing in the background, I definitely recommend this place !!

Comment: A small Ramen stall in the predominantly Asian food court of 38th Street is a welcome sight. The food court has been begging for some new tenants, and its good to see them open. They were having an opening special of 20% off when I went, so that was a welcome surprise.The shop is set next to the bubble tea shop and an empty kiosk. Further down, you can also get rice rolls and sushi. Seating is quite generous with additional tables upstairs in the back. The shop itself has nice painted walls and easy to use digital cashier systems. They also have drinks.The staff are nice and helpful. You can order and then go get some drink one stall over while you wait for your Ramen. And its right across from the new bar of seating.The Ramen was pretty good. I got the tonkatsu truffle for fun and I was hit in the face with the truffle fragrance once I got my tray. The Ramen came in a black plastic bowl with egg, corn, chashu, nori, menma, and leeks. The truffle oil was drizzled into one quadrant of the soup, so you can mix it around. The tonkotsu base itself was rich but not as much as other tonkatsu I had. Its not necessarily a bad thing because then I can enjoy the truffle more. The noodles were of a nice texture, not too soft or hard. The pork belly was well packed and overall it was a nice experience and good place for some lunch.

It’s a great deal for ~$15 (even better than many pricier options).I liked how they separated the ingredients and the soup for my takeout order so it wasn’t soggy. I will definitely be a regular customer going forward.

Comment: An Introvert’s Dream!They still have their soft-opening 20% off deal and it was worth it to try. (The cashier mentioned it to me which was a cool move on his part) Ordered the truffle tonkatsu ramen ~ generous meat amount, missing a little bit more greens, but flavorful and filling. I love a buttery broth and it was perfect. Noodles were cooked absolutely wonderfully ~ not a soggy noodle in sight.Fairly priced to match the market in Midtown for ramen, I hope they think about rolling out a lunch special.If you hate the large and loud lunch rush crowds, this is the best location in the City to sit down and breathe. The seating is separated and I could eat without feeling rushed out or out of place. It’s nice to unwind when you’ve had a busy or overwhelming morning.

Comment: I got the Roasted Garlic Tonkatsu, it was very flavorful without the Garlic being over powering which was nice and the toppings were all paired well. The service was quick as well, I didn’t even have to wait 10 minutes for my food to be ready and that was with other customers ordering too.They are also having a soft launch so my order was 20% off, making it cheaper than other Ramen spots nearby with just as good if not better Quality. Overall would definitely come back again even without the 20% sale.

Comment: They just soft opened and Ive seen the signs up for a while getting ready so I wanted to try this place. Got the truffle butter ramen and you could definitely taste the truffle and butter and the broth was pretty good.I think they have some kinks in terms of prep time to work out since they just opened but food was food. Will definitely be back!
