Comment: I went in for a quick bite near 9PM on a Monday night. Many sushi options and hot boxed foods on the shelves to select. I dont believe this place cooks fresh food on the spot, but I didnt really pay attention to the menu. I got the roasted salmon onigiri for $4.55 and a bottled jasmine green tea for $3.95; decent for Manhattan prices. There was only one employee working but since it was quiet hours, its manageable.He helped supply the bathroom code for me to use after I made my purchases. The only complaint is that the restroom has no hooks. The onigiri was tasty but nothing outstanding. There was ample seating, and with the glass windows, its nice to sit and people watch while eating.

Comment: I recently discovered this take out place called Wasabi and I loved it. I went to London for 4 days and 3 of those four I had Wasabi for dinner. All the food was delicious especially the vegetable gyoza and the salmon onigiri. The Service was overall pretty good and the ambiance was really nice too. I wish I had Wasabi were I live I’d probably eat there every day.

Comment: I eat here probably once a week since it’s near meetings I have in midtown. This place is super reliable, healthy, and great for grab and go. Try the salmon onigiri or the Chicken Katsu in a bowl over rice. In the winter I always want soup with noodles. They also have great options for Japanese snacks like Pocky sticks and Wasabi and Sriracha flavored peas. Lots of great options to choose from.

Also the place is really close to the Port Authority, which makes it very practical for travels. It is never overcrowded, which is excellent. However, this time I go with 4 stars, because there are still dishes which seems not to be thought thoroughly in the menu. I dont get the taste of teriyaki noodles and the chicken in teriyaki sauce is a bit too dry. Also a small request for the team leaders on waste separation (please make the organic waste bin) and recyclables. Also there is a room for improvements on tables cleanness.

They have a warmed food section where theres bibimbap and cold food section including sushi and poke as well as cold beverages. The hot beverages including tea were purchased and made by the staff behind the cashier. I enjoyed my poke but the bibimbap didnt have the Korean flavors but wasnt bad. Would go back!

I go to the one near one world trade and this one I would say has equally fresh food.My one complaint is the attitude I got when I asked for the bathroom code. I wanted to use the bathroom before I bought my meal since I did not want to bring my meal in the bathroom or leave it on a table. I know the the bathroom is for customers only but you do not have to act like I am trying to stab a kitten when I ask and explain the reasoning.

Only thing I would say though is that the chicken and udon noodles in one of the bentos we purchased was too dry, making it almost tasteless and inedible. One of the rolls was super weird and I hope to never have to eat it again, but everything else was pretty good.The wasabi paste was not the typical wasabi that youd get at a sushi restaurant and wasnt that great, so that was a downside.The sushi was fresh enough and Im glad I tried it, but I ont know if Ill be back anytime soon. Its a good quick sushi option if youre on the go.Side note, the girl who helped ring me up was super friendly and helpful, so kudos to her.

It is a little expensive, there is not enough seating, and the worst part is that you dont get water or anything unless you buy a water bottle (similar to European restaurants) or drink. Comment: Pretty decent quick place. They have a bunch of pre-made food which you just pick up. I got the curry chicken and rice which had decent flavor, but needed more, and was a bit dry. Price (~$9) was not terrible for what I got size wise. If it was a touch tastier, would definitely be a good deal for the area. Will be back to try more dishes, for sure!

Comment: The food and quality here is 3 stars, but the price of the food earns it 4 stars in NYC.The place has what you like for fast Japanese and Pho. The staff was happy to help and customize your order when it required it. I noticed that they kept a constant rotation of fresh food on the shelf without over stocking it where it would spoil out of date (by listing the hour it was made).I liked it here because we could get something for around $10-$15 per person in NYC where things run almost $20 per person to eat.

Comment: Walked here with a co worker and always heard about it so wanted to check it out. not bad seems like a fast food sushi spot and prices were not as bad. you can get 2 rolls for 2 bucks i believe. cucumber was like 2 for 1.50 kind of deal not bad. place looked really clean nice. Coming here during lunch time in times square there would be a busy wait time. try to avoid after! i will update when i grab grub myself but i like this spot!
