Comment: I was craving tsukemen and was surprised to see that they had it in this food court. The fried chicken was so juicy & the sauce paired well, the tsukemen was also really satisfying. The only thing I wish was that the broth was thicker in consistency, but for the price it was ok. Easy bar seating if you are eating solo. The workers were nice and gave me the free green tea as well.

Comment: Very authentic ramen and tsukemen spot in the heart of flushing. Amazing daily specials that are the very juicy and reasonably priced like the karaage, croquet, and onigiri really hit the spot. The owner was very kind, giving us free drinks with our meal. Thank you so much!!

Comment: We ordered a spicy miso tsukemen and it was delicious: the noodles had a nice bouncy chew with the perfect thickness for the tsukemen broth, and the broth was very flavorful without being all the the salt. To drink the dipping broth after you’re done with the noodles, you have to dilute it a bit.Tip: If you’re sitting at the bar counter, there are hooks underneath to hang your bag.

Comment: I am always wary of restaurants asking you to scan a QR code to order. Anyways, the process was painless. I ordered the Tsukemen Shoyu Signature and accidentally ordered additional eggs and roast pork. It was all very good and the meat is very tender. I prefer my ramen all together in the same bowl. I do not see the appeal of dipping the ramen in the broth. I was in a rush and preferred having everything in one giant bowl. All in all, I slurped everything down in under 10 minutes but next time I will remember to eat ramen when I dont only have a 30 minute break. ***Please do not have signs saying customers will get a free drink if they write a review. Take all the signs down to not promote false advertising.***

Comment: Overall nice, straightforward ramen stop in the food court. Convenient ordering through the website, and fast service.The ship ramen had great flavor, and the noodles were exactly right. I was uld have preferred more toppings, either extra pork or vegetable--you can order extra and its probably worth it.Also tried the Miso Tsukemen. Great flavor with a good balance of sour, salty and sweet (a little sour for my wifes tast but I liked it). Noodles were a bit thick and difficult to dip, but very tasty.

Comment: Happened upon this place during a trip home and it was AMAZING! The vibe here is so welcoming and and the staff are very friendly, especially Steve. He came around checking on customers and was super nice. After talking for a few you can tell that he genuinely loves what he does and you can taste it in all his dishes. It was most definitely a comfort food, and we felt right at home. The authenticity of the food is a direct result of the thought and effort that goes into the process. Hands down the best Ramen dish Ive had and I will always recommend this place!!!

Comment: This yasubee ramen currently has limited hours since its a soft opening. despite that, ive already eaten there twice, thats how good it is. the noodles, the broth, the egg - i guarantee theyre like nothing else out there. you really cant go wrong ordering any of the menu items. the guy who runs the shop told us they make everything themselves, and it shows. the high quality ingredients, rich flavors, and cozy countertop dining all combine to create a wonderful and authentic japanese experience.. one that has been sorely missing. definitely a new favorite of mine and a must visit if youre in the area. it actually deserves a sixth star for outstanding service :)

Comment: Yasubee of Japan is my best tsuke-men and ramen. I enjoyed Yasubee of Takada-no-baba, Tokyo, more than 20 times when i was a student of university. After graduation of university, i went other Yasubee, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, West Shinjuku, Akihabara wherever I stop near by them.Before i tried this Flushing Yasubee, i worried about flavor was different from my memory... However, that ends in needless worry. Flavor is exactly same and it is tasty.I made a small conversation about it with one of staff. He had a training in Japan to reproduce the flavor. It works. The Yasubee team is success to keep original Yasubee flavor.So i m going to come back here again, 100%. I will like to bring someone, too. Finally, i recommend bring drink so that you can refresh your taste while eating.

Comment: This place was absolutely delicious, I came here with my boyfriend, it was his first time trying Ramen, and I’m a huge Ramen lover. We came in here to try it, it says authentic Ramen, and boy oh boy was is amazing. I don’t really ever write reviews but I just had to for this place. I tried it and told him this is the best Ramen, I’ve ever had. He was enjoying his plate very much. I spoke to the owner and he said that he went to Japan to try out different Ramen spots and compare and contrast. He also brought back a chef from Japan who’s working right now as a chef here to help them get started. It’s so delicious, I recommend everyone try it out!!!
